Great location in Colonia with beautiful view to the harbor. The apartment is clean and well equipped. It is above a restaurant, sometimes you can smell it. Then keep the windows closed and everything is fine. Efficient air conditioning. We felt completely comfortable.

The 10 days in Sabrina's cozy cottage were wonderful at any time of the day. The nearby beach, the pool, the restaurant es cova, the charming nature all around, the nice bar with live music…, we liked everything very much. Communication with Sabrina was always friendly and helpful. Thank you for everything! We will be happy to come back. Karin

Exactly what we were looking for. Relaxing & quiet little fishing village. Boho chic villa. Instantly felt comfortable and safe. Laurence is a lovely, welcoming host.

Really enjoyed the Airbnb and it was at a great location. Was perfect for a trip to Mallorca and looking forward to coming back. Only thing was that there was no electricity when we checked in but it was quickly fixed

Bartolome is a great Host. Clear communications and suggestions. One small query on arrival was answered immediately. You will not get a better location in Pollensa - 50 meters from the beach, yet private enough and quite. Having seen comments on previous reviews, I can confirm all the furniture was modern and comfortable. Beds were super comfortable. The most wonderful part was the full sized roof terrace with 360 degree views of the mountains. town and the sea. Sun beds, Sun shade, outdoor shower and Barbeque all at your disposal. I would definitely go back.

Great appartement for chilling

We had a wonderful stay at Tamarell’s beautiful house! The place is even better than the photos – with spectacular views of the sea and tastefully selected furniture that makes it feel both cozy and stylish. Tamarell was always responsive and helpful, making everything easy and smooth for us. We would gladly come back in the future – highly recommended!

The apartment surprised us positively and we immediately felt comfortable. Great location in the village and beautiful balcony, excellently equipped for a beach vacation. Both the apartment and the cool roof terrace with the phenomenal view were great. We would immediately take our beach vacation in Canyamel again in the apartment. The apartment is fantastic, everything is impeccable. The unbeatable location. With spectacular views to the sea and just 20 m from the beach. The accesses are very comfortable both by car and on foot. The spaces inside the house are spacious, the rooms and their beds are very good, and the living room with the kitchen and terrace are very large and with unbeatable views.

The location of the apartment is also very good. There are many restaurants around and it is very close to the sea. The communication with the landlord went very smoothly. Since we didn't get off the plane until two o 'clock in the middle of the night, the landlord had placed the keys in a safe place in advance, which enabled us to get the keys very smoothly. This was a very nice experience!!!!!

Clean apartment, good location and quite spacious The only thing that's wrong is that it's very poorly insulated, so we can hear all the neighbors. And plan to wear a mask to sleep, if you can't stand the light because from 6 a.m. it's daylight inside

Finka is located far from villages and cities, so I recommend it for those who value peace and quiet. You can really relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. A good starting point for the eastern part of Mallorca. One of the amenities worth mentioning is certainly a large swimming pool. Lidl and other stores are about 10 minutes away by car. Practical notes: - Finka offers many cottages. Some have a mezzanine and a step in the living room. If you're traveling with a small child, ask for one without stairs. - there was a coffee machine for ground coffee in our house - there are three bays near Finka. It is worth visiting the northernmost one. The road is behind a closed gate right next to the fence. Ask the owners for instructions.

I absolutely recommend this apartment. It feels spacious, with bathrooms on both floors, balconies on each floor and a rooftop terrace on top. Clean, neat, comfortable and spacious, with easy street parking around. The hosts are also friendly and responsive. We had an excellent stay.

Marina was super welcoming, always ready to help you and answer to any questions! Place has great location in Cala d’Or, with the closest beach at literally 6mins walk. I really recommend! I’ll come back :)

We are a family with two small children spending five days in the apartment. The apartment is nice and located in a quite region that is very close to the sea. Everything was smooth during the stay. We had a very nice time. Recommended!

Great apartment with beautiful balcony overlooking the stunning pool. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance and brilliant location from which you can explore the lovely surroundings

Everything's great, with mini minuscule smears! The apartment is right on the shopping mile with shops and restaurants, and yet you don't get much of the hustle and bustle (April/May). To the north you can walk to the coast in a few minutes - and a few more minutes later on a huge sandy beach! In the south you can be on the harbor promenade in 7-10 minutes, with a huge selection of restaurants! Here, too, there is a small bay with beach and crystal clear/turquoise blue water. To the small smears: The apartment is located between two roads that have longitudinal drain gates - and every time a car drives over it it it makes "klack-clack". That was a bit annoying in the morning. In addition, there is a glass container right next to the apartment, which you have also heard from time to time. At the beginning of the stay, you can expect a folder with many many rules, which I consider to be predominantly self-evident - however, it has been somewhat after "raised index

Michael and Vicky communicate quickly and kindly, and make sure everything is in order upon arrival and during your stay. The apartment has a great garden with wonderful swimming pool and is well located relative to all kinds of beaches, the harbor, other villages. The apartment itself has everything you need for a pleasant stay! The only downside was that the mattress and pillows of the bed were a little too soft (but is personal) and that the ventilation in the bathroom did not work super well (remained a little damp and musty after showering). But I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

INCREDIBLE LOCATION. We searched quite a bit to find the spot that was going to give us a relaxing atmosphere as well as access to restaurants & shops. This apartment is the perfect mix! Our boys (5 & 7) were easily able to walk to dinner each night but we were removed enough to make it feel relaxing when we wanted to go to bed. We loved the upper deck and hot tub! Keep in mind there are LOTS of stairs! The home could have had a few more amenities like cooking supplies (we like to cook our breakfast and at least a few meals in) and the kitchen was a bit small and lacking basic utensils and dishware, BUT it was not enough for me to not give this property a full 5 stars! I think that small addition would truly make this property perfect!) The host was wonderful and met us at 1am to check us in. Our flight in was so late and I felt awful for the late check in but she was so kind and promptly there for us when we arrived late with tired children. Great visit, Hope to come back one day!!

The three of us had six wonderful days in the apartment. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful large terrace right on the beach. Taxi and bus almost at your doorstep, supermarkets as well. Everything we needed was there. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to David!

Matthias and Martin were available to us all the time. Communication on site went smoothly. Check-in was very flexible and straightforward. On-site parking was great. The kitchen was equipped as standard with spices and water. A washing machine and dryer were available on site for a small fee. Bathroom was very clean, towels were sufficiently provided on site. A third friend visited us in the meantime for a few days, and this was also no problem to clarify and organize. The pool and the outdoor facilities were awesome. Martin gave us numerous tips for restaurants in the village as well as trip and excursion destinations in Palma as well as in all directions on the island.

Our stay at Mirjam's was beyond expectations. Comfortable, perfectly equipped, and with a beautiful sea view. Exactly as shown in the description and photos. Mirjam was a great help with detailed information and useful tips. If we go back to Mallorca, we will certainly go back to Mirjam.
