Despite the proximity to the beach, about 250 meters, we recommend the use of a car for greater comfort. The house has 4 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed, 2 with 2 beds and 1 with 2 bunk beds. 3 bathrooms, a large living room with an equipped kitchen, an exclusive garden and swimming pool. Architect's House on Morro da Cocanha

In a gated community, this house was made by a very special architect named Dedé. It's a great house for friends and family. Perfect for those who like to cook, have comfort and admire one of the most beautiful landscapes in the world! I spent many of the best moments of my life here. It has a poetry all its own. You need to experience it to feel what I'm trying to describe here. I'm biased, I know, but I recommend the experience. The house is also the setting of the book The Enchanter of People. =)

The closest one is Cocanha, there is Mococa, Tabatinga, Lazaro, Martin de Sá, Lagoa Azul, Pedra do Jacaré, Brava, Bonete, Itamambuca, Tabatinga, etc. By foot, 10 minutes or by car 2 minutes. It is 8 km from downtown, where there are craft markets, amusement park and a large shopping center. Close to markets, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacy and ice cream shops. Year-end observation minimum 5 nights and the daily rate is a maximum of 24 hours
