This is the second time I've stayed at the apartment. New paint (no musty smell), impeccable cleanliness, comfortable beds and pillows, new refrigerator, clothes dryer (makes a lot of difference), all kitchen utensils, near the beaches of southern Ubatuba, quiet, family place, with garage. I recommend it and will return for the 3rd time.

The stay at Mr. 's apartment Vicente was wonderful! Everything very organized and clean, in the heart of Caraguatatuba near the trade and building facing the sea! The super helpful hosts, the host was personally greeting us, we found a beautiful treat made by his wife, my daughters loved it! It is very worth it , apt ample airy, beautiful, air-conditioned, clean , has everything you need for stay, to cook at last ... I will return more times for sure .

We arrived at the place and were greeted with a treat, the kids loved it. Everything was very clean and very organized, it was undoubtedly the best accommodation we have ever been to, it had everything we needed and more, the organization is undoubtedly amazing, we enjoyed the beaches a lot we went to Maranduba, Sapê which is close to the apartment, in addition to Lagoiinha, we rode a banana boat and kayak, we went to Renata waterfall and we simply loved it, we went to the restaurant for dinner, lunch etc. In short, I recommend it and you can stay without fear. Congratulations Edna for the excellent service, my family and I had an unforgettable experience.

We had a great stay in the Glaucia apartment in Maranduba. Easy to find the place, a quiet street, has a restaurant just around the corner, very close to the beach. The apto is very clean and organized, it is an apartment on the ground floor, but at no time do we miss privacy because the condominium is very quiet, another positive point is the silent condominium, we could sleep well. Glaucia was very attentive and always responded to us very quickly. I highly recommend the apto, both for the location, and for the care and care that Glaucia had with us during the stay. There is a garage space for 1 car. When we get back to Ubatuba, I'm sure I'll see the apt's availability to stay again.

The place served us with great mastery, not to mention that when we arrived the environment was extremely clean and smelling, Katya was a very friendly host, always answering our doubts in an agile way. We will definitely be back.

Large apartment with great location, residential with pool, super safe and quiet. The furniture is new, a bathroom with great space and gourmet area with barbecue area. I recommend it!!
