Beach house vacation rentals in Cocanha Beach

Perfect location for those who love tranquility, wonderful view and perfect/safe beach. My family and I went through incredible days without complaints. Thanks for sharing this paradise with us. I have already indicated and will continue to indicate.

Our entire stay was perfect. The house was very clean, very organized and super-equipped. The beach view is a spectacle, and the pool is also wonderful grills. Rodrigo was very attentive with all my doubts, and the Maria who receives us at the house is very dear and gave us several tips. We left already wanting to come back!. We had wonderful days and look forward to coming back soon!

As informed , an easily accessible place, next to a market, gate leaves on the beach , literally, open and put the chairs in the sea ! there are tents close to portions walks all right there!

We felt at home, super cozy, very equipped kitchen, with all the necessary utensils. Perfect spot for rest. A private beach, with crystal clear water, a place to rest, sunbathe, etc. We had the opportunity to dive and see turtles.

We had a great weekend at this house, Paulo was always available to answer questions and even made our arrival time more flexible, which was very important due to the long trip. The place was well organized and accommodated 13 adults and 2 children very well, excellent experience on the sand, quiet and safe beach. Good options for tours and places to visit nearby. This is a place we'll definitely be back to.

We were me, my wife and our 9-month-old baby. The place is a paradise on earth; we have never been to such an amazing place. We were able to rest and at the same time have a lot of fun for our son. Mr. Francisco was very hospitable, he gave several important tips. The golden key is Rafael, he helped us in everything that was needed, he was willing to help us with what we needed. An exceptionally amazing person! We like the experience very much and look forward to coming back very soon!

Super recommend! Casa foot in the sand, large, very spacious and complete in terms of utensils, furniture and appliances. Delicious beach, quiet, perfect for family, the children were at ease and enjoyed a lot. It has 2 nearby beaches, to which we walked (Sununga and Domingas Dias). There are some speedboat options on the beach, in addition to some restaurants that even deliver the orders in the shade of the tree in front of the house. Nearby convenience stores, supermarkets, gas station and pharmacy. The host and the caretakers are super helpful. City Council resolve any demand with affection and agility. A differential that impressed us was the host's concern to provide a more peaceful check in for guests, providing some toilet and cleaning items, as well as a gallon of water. This made our arrival quieter, being able to enjoy the atmosphere and the beach already at first. Excellent experience!

My stay was wonderful! The host was extremely kind and considerate, always available to help with whatever it took. The photos correspond perfectly to the site, which is even more enchanting in person. The helper also deserves to be highlighted: helpful, careful and, in addition to everything, super well cooked! I only have compliments. I would definitely come back and recommend it too much!

This is the second time that my family and I have spent a few days at the house. It is super large caters everything it promises, close to everything. We love it and will come back for sure!

The house is exactly as shown in the photos, very clean and very close to the beach, which facilitates access and avoids the need for a car, the neighborhood is super quiet and offers security. Fernando was always very helpful and proactive, gave us all the necessary information and gave full support to the family, even took us for a quick speedboat ride, Dal also played an important role in this support. The family is already looking forward to returning as soon as possible... it left us wanting more...

House well located for those who like to stay on the beaches Domingas Dias or Lázaro, excellent ample space accommodating well our group of 15 people, the amount of bathrooms, green area with barbecue and clean pool, good air conditioned and fans.

Very cozy house of easy access and very close to the beach, the check-in and the check-out was quiet, and Lidiana was always available to answer any questions or unforeseen, we will return 😁🙏🏽

I and my family loved the house,had everything we needed. The house was very clean and smelling,everything in its place the girl who received us was super attentive and helpful. The house itself is wonderful, the nearby beach is not very good. There and the kitchen was all equipped with microwave,coffeemaker,Air fryer,and sandwich( It's not in the photos,but it was all new). I want to thank you for having welcomed us so well into your home. Note: With the rain that was we could not watch,because the TV signal was very bad,I think the only thing that could improve is this.

Wonderful house, my friends and I love it. exactly like the listing photos. we felt at home, everything was very clean and organized. very good pool The street is very quiet, easy to access. and Marcos is a super nice guy. very helpful and quick to respond, in addition to being very flexible with the schedule. very grateful for that! when we return to Caraguatatuba we will definitely stay in this house again!

Marvellous stay. Márcio is extremely polite and attentive. He sent me all the guidelines before I even got in touch. When the house was available he immediately let us know and gave us the guidelines for access (too bad we got traffic and couldn't get in on time lol). Extremely clean, organized and equipped house. Great stoves, refrigerators and freezers. Always clean swimming pool. My family loved everything. They can rent without fear, it's worth every penny.

Casa Grande, a wonderful balcony, birds in the morning, the Lazaro beach that is the closest is beautiful, I loved, my guests too, Mr. Hélio and Patrícia are wonderful, I'm definitely not staying anywhere else when I go to Ubatuba

We loved our stay at Hilda’s house, the house has so much charm and character is beautifully situated in the trees. It was perfect with our two young children and we loved falling asleep to the waves and birds. Bonete is such a special place, I hope we return again. Foot in the area, beautiful condominium, quiet and with many birds. House as advertised, the sheets and towels were clean. The beach is quiet because it is almost private, with shade and exclusive space for those who are in the condominium.

House very close to the beach, very cozy and good to enjoy with the crowd. We went to the beach in the morning and stayed in the pool, I felt right at home! I highly recommend it! Ivanete was super helpful.

The Refuge space is sensational, you experience a part of the world and nature that you usually only see in movies and soap operas. The kitchen is excellent, the deck, garden, bedrooms, the whole environment. I hope to return soon.

Everything was great! Super attentive host, responds super fast, a sweetheart. The house corresponds to the photos, accommodated well 10 people and is very well-equipped.
