We spent the extended holiday at Sítio Recanto Fonte Viva and it was just amazing! The place is beautiful, super well taken care of, the pool is wonderful and the surrounding nature climate makes everything even better to relax. But what made all the difference was the homegoers, Viviane and Andrews. The village is too good, super receptive and always willing to help with anything we need. They gave several tips and made us super comfortable at all times. Sure is a place I recommend with my eyes closed and I want to return soon!

Eduardo's place has a great location, right near the beach, almost in the sand. The house is very similar to the ad, very beautiful, clean. Great and clean towels and bedding as well. Very nice to touch beach, super would come back to stay at Eduardo's house again.

The cottage is a cute one, very close to the beach, practically next door. This is a little different from the photos but td in order and clean. Lord Olair extremely attentive! I recommend and will be back for sure!

Cozy location. Clean. No noises. Mr. Osmar was very kind and concerned about our well-being. Full and clean house. We recommend 100%. Easy location, being a safe and quiet neighborhood. We only have to thank the hospitality. And it also provided us beach chairs with umbrella. There are cutlery, cookware and other utensils, you don't have to take anything.

The house is complete with all items in the kitchen. Clean and pleasant place, very nice landscaping. Flexibility and organization of the owners and managers of the site were impeccable. Even with a little difficult access through the street, but it is not the fault of the establishment, but the city of São Sebastião, which unfortunately does not take care of the streets and sidewalks of Maresias. High season the pool is very used, so the cleaning needs to be done constantly.

Vanessa is very attentive, the house is excellent, and sleeping with the sound of the sea and walking on the waterfront did a lot of good for me and my husband. We also enjoyed the pool on the day it was cloudy. The stay was worth it and we plan to return, for sure!

We stayed at The House, super complete space, with 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen with all items of everyday life, service area and barbecue area. Extremely quiet place, 2 minutes away from markets, shops (walking). Farther ahead of gas station, bars and the beach. The space is beautiful, spotless. Helena super attentive.

The house is beautiful, we have been with the whole family and we use the 4 bedrooms, all impeccable, air conditioning working, a very clean house and etc. the house is very beautiful and very well decorated, you are enjoying many details in various environments … The backyard is beautiful and full of beautiful flowers, quiet spaces and provides all kinds of surroundings, from a little mess in the pool , wine in the living room, reading in the indoor room, etc. The location is great, but the noise of the street snakes for its excellent location, but it does not break down all other qualities. We'll be back for sure… Both Roberta and Mr. Francisco are quite helpful, I barely asked about the fees he promptly handed them over… I recommend it 100%, children loved it and grandparents loved it.

Our entire stay was perfect. The house was very clean, very organized and super-equipped. The beach view is a spectacle, and the pool is also wonderful grills. Rodrigo was very attentive with all my doubts, and the Maria who receives us at the house is very dear and gave us several tips. We left already wanting to come back!. The word to define it is Gratitude. From the first contact with Leda, she was attentive the whole time, clarified all doubts, indicated places, tips and full support. The house is just like the photos, cozy space, I felt right at home. Pool always warm, safe place, easy access to beaches, shops (market/bakery/pharmacy) very well located. I didn't experience any issues during the stay, all items in the house work perfectly. It's really worth it, I left already thinking about the date to return… certainly soon. I went with a good, excited expectation. I left with a joyful and contented heart, it was much better than I imagined.

I've never been in such a cozy place as this. The super polite host, gave us clear instructions, recommendations. Very sympathetic. And the place I don't even have much to say, perfect! They provided towels, linens, even soap. The site even has a barbecue. The price is very affordable. I will definitely return to space several times. Exceptional! House is very beautiful, comfortable, spacious and cozy. The kitchen has absolutely everything. We had two architects in the group who fell in love with the house and its decoration. Spotless cleanliness. Julio super considerate. It was well worth the experience.
