Monthly Rentals in Coates

This was a very cute house, very clean and had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. We worked at the state fair during our stay and it was only about 15-20 minutes away. The house sits off the road in a quiet little area surrounded by trees. It was perfect.

The hosts kept up contact leading up to the stay which was great. Check in was extremely easy with the app. When we arrived, we found the property to be just as it was described, even better actually. It was impeccably clean and very tastefully decorated. It was very quiet and peaceful, exactly what we needed. We had come to the are for the Frozen Faceoff, so after the hustle and bustle of the arena, it was a great place to wind down. Unfortunately, we needed to leave a day early to beat some incoming weather, not that I would mind being stranded in a peaceful place, but we needed to be on our way. Checking out was easy, even early. I would highly recommend this place. On a side note, I would love to see this property in the Summer or Fall with all the trees.

Very private ‘in law’ type suite. Cute, neat and overall nice stay. Private outdoor entrance apart from main house with wide gradual stairs. Fine for elderly. Not a ton of closet space but just enough to make a 30 day stay possible. Owners are beyond nice and super helpful. We had one minor maintenance type issue and it was fixed right away. Super responsive. Super well maintained and clean space. Would stay again! High recommend

This was our 4th stay at Mel and John’s place. One our favorite Airbnbs. Very friendly hosts who are super responsive. Apartment has a fully stocked kitchen with all you need to prepare meals. Lovely neighborhood with great access to a large park with lots of great trails and access to other parks. Easy access for the Minnesota state fair
