Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Civitella in Val di Chiana

Non posso fare altro spendere buone parole per questa esperienza fantastica e complimentarmi con Riccardo per la gestione che riserva ai suoi clienti che tratta come fossero amici di vecchia data. Tutto perfetto..posizione ottimale a 10 minuti da Greve in Chianti,e circondato da aziende agricole e vigneti,ottima pulizia e alloggio molto molto particolare e curato nel dettaglio,sia all'interno che all'esterno dove si ha a disposizione il parcheggio coperto per la macchina e un grandissimo giardino che offre una visuale mozzafiato e panoramica sulla vallata. Riccardo disponibilissimo a chiarire ogni aspetto non solo riguardo la sua struttura ma anche di tutto ciò che lo circonda,pronto a consigliarvi e a darvi spiegazioni e indicazionii di ogni genere per rendere ottimale il vostro soggiorno. Quando tornerò da quelle parti passerò sicuramente a trovarlo.

Miruna hat uns herzlich empfangen und direkt vor Ort alles gezeigt. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und schön angelegt. Das absolute Highlight ist der traumhafte Blick von der schönen Terrasse. Der Pool ist schön groß, toll angelegt, dort lässt es sich gut aushalten. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, urig, zum wohlfühlen. Besonders war, dass wirklich alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs, wie Kaffee, Süßigkeiten, Nudeln, Wein, Öl, Duschbad, Pflaster etc. vorhanden waren. Die Lage ist für Tagesausflüge ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, danke dafür.

Fantastic (as usual)! Laura is a wonderfully welcoming host. The apartment is well equipped, perfectly located for walking everywhere in the city, and quiet. Highly, highly recommended : )

La Cada Bada était exactement ce que nous recherchions; la tranquillité, les beaux paysages et l’environnement chaleureux et accueillant. Nos hôtes ont été présents et très réactifs lorsque nous communiquions avec eux ou avions des questions. Nous avons aussi réservé avec eux un cours de cuisine que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous recommandons fortement la Casa Bada pour une vacance en famille ou entre amis.

Hands down our favorite part of our two weeks in Italy! Casa Al Poggio was our Tuscan home away from home. We went and did all the things… Florence, Cinque Terre, San Gimignano, Montepulciano, etc. But coming “home” to this place was the best. So peaceful and picturesque looking across the valley at the Badia Di Passignano. We cooked many meals in the well stocked kitchen and my husband loved the rustic BBQ. Fresh herbs in the garden and the smell of jasmine blooming on the patio. Book yourself extra time here…you won’t want to leave! Emanuele & Tamara are the kindest people. Take them up on all of their restaurant recommendations. Everyone one was a hit! We can’t wait to go back.

The main thing is Nada' s attention to every communication you sent, she responds the same day. Anything you asks for within reason, you get from Nada. It was a new experience for us in Tuscany but her property is combiniently located within 40 minutes to an hour and 30 from all the Tuscany turistic places.

The house is beautiful and unlike anything else. What made the experience amazing was one of the hosts, Daniela. Daniela greeted us upon check in, walked us around the house and went above and beyond and booked us a wine tour where he graciously translated everything in English during the entire experience. Daniela made the place feel like home and I couldn’t recommend him and the experience he provides more.

My husband and I spent a wonderful week staying in Mario’s beautiful Casa del Giardino. Everything about the house and its beautiful garden, complete with resident tortoise Mr T, is perfect. Full of charm, it’s a real oasis right in the heart of San Gimignano. The house is very well equipped and Cristina was a wonderful hostess who responded very quickly to any questions we had. The welcoming wine was a much appreciated treat. I would definitely recommend this as an ideal place to stay in San Gimignano.

Lorenzo’s place is beautiful, and had everything we needed for our stay. It’s a short car ride from Siena and a grocery store, and a good base for day trips.

Paradise on earth - for both nature lovers and wine lovers alike! The natural beauty of Alexandra's airbnb cannot be described by words... from the views and organic landscaping, to the sunrise, sunset, and peaceful atmosphere, this place will take your breath away. The proximity to Montalcino and the surrounding wineries is fantastic! We were able to walk to town and were only a short drive away from multiple wineries. We chose to take advantage of the outdoor grille and kitchen to cook most of our meals from home. Thank you Alex for the recommendation to head to Buonconvento (the town near montalcino - a 10minute drive) for the large grocery store we utilized to stock the kitchen! Both Alex and Michelangelo were helpful hosts when needed, but gracious enough to allow full privacy - even though they live in the attached larger home, you would never know. The 4 days we stayed here were 100% the highlight of our trip! I am grateful they share this space with the world!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Renato’s place was very extraordinary. We had the entire villa to ourselves. Our 2 bedroom was perfect for our stay. Renato was a great host and was very helpful when we couldn’t find his place right away. He brought us delicious pastries on several occasions. We were in town for a wedding and the villa was not far from the venue. I would recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for some peace and quiet. It can accommodate several families at one time

Clara war eine wunderbare Gastgeberin - freundlich, hat beim verspäteten Check-in auf uns gewartet, alles in der Wohnung erklärt. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben - super Lage, um die Stadt zu erkunden, die Terrasse ist zu jeder Tageszeit nutzbar, weil es zwei Schirme gibt. Und drin ist es gemütlich, sauber, genug Schränke - alles da. Sehr gern kommen wir wieder, wenn wir mal in der Nähe sind.

Although there were a couple of issues with one tv and the washer dryer, Teona, Ivanna's property manager was always responsive and followed up to see that issues were resolved. We thought that the apartment was very beautiful and the neighborhood felt safe. It was quiet, and some of Ivanna's recommendations for restaurants were pe.rfect. We wouldn't hesitate to come back

Tolle geräumige Wohnung, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Hilfreiche Informationen durch die netten Gastgeber. Ruhige Lage. 2 tolle Bäder mit Regendusche. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, auch mit vielen Kleinigkeiten, die man im Alltag gebrauchen kann. Der Garten mit dem Grill ist toll mit schönem Ausblick auf die traumhafte Landschaft mit den Weinbergen und Zypressen. Wenn man ein Baby hat, sollte man ein gutes Babyphone mit weitreichenden Verbindung mitnehmen, da der Garten ein paar Meter vom Haus entfernt liegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Stunning apartment. Beautifully and tastefully decorated. Location cannot be beat, views are amazing. Terrace and garden is lovely. Would tell all my friends to stay here!

Wir hatten einen unfassbar schönen Aufenthalt. Der Ausblick ist unbeschreiblich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Hunde waren auch herzlich willkommen.

This house was perfect for our stay! Lucrezia and Francesco were very welcoming hosts and also showed us their beatiful house and gardens. The house itself had a nice small pool and a completely fenced private garden, which was perfect as we had our dog with us. The house sits on the hill side, which gives you very nice views of the area as well as the Poppi Castle. The interior is modern and it was very clean.

Splendida villetta con una vista mozzafiato sulla vallata. Tranquilla e confortevole anche durante i giorni lavorativi, splendido giardino ampio e facilmente fruibile con magnifiche piante! I contatti con i proprietari sono sempre stati rapidissimi e cortesi, pronti a soddisfare ogni dubbio o necessità. Ottima vacanza!

God is in the details. Il Grande Prato is a wonderful place that offers you al the comfort you wish : a huge domain with several nice spots to sit, chill and enjoy the great views. The garden, the cottages, the pool, everything is well done with an eye for the details. Giulia and her people are very friendly and helpful and make you feel at ease the whole time. Also the dinners we've enjoyed in this unique setting were fantastic.

This is a lovely place to relax and unwind. It is very peaceful and the garden, swimming pool and outside sitting areas - including a very nice pergola for eating outside - are beautifully kept. The house is comfortable with a good kitchen for cooking. Valentina and her parents are lovely - very welcoming and helpful. Communication is very good. For example, when we had a spell of bad weather, Valentina immediately messaged us with details about the heating and an invitation to use the open fire. Very highly recommended.

Sono stata nella bellissima casetta di Bernice con il mio compagno e 2 bimbi piccoli. Tutto molto piacevole, soprattutto le cene all'aperto nel rigoglioso giardino con palme, eucalipti ed ulivi, il barbecue, il silenzio e la piscina. In campagna ma con il mare di Punta Ala e Castiglione della Pescaia facilmente raggiungibile. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana molto tranquilla e rilassante.

Ce séjour chez Massimo a été paradisiaque. Nous sommes venus pour visiter Florence et rentrer le soir après une journée de marché pour y retrouver du calme et un environnement sain était parfait. Une impression d’être seuls au monde avec une vue lointaine sur Florence. Bassin d’eau et barbecue étaient bienvenus pour combler la perfection du séjour. Nous n’avons pas testé le four à pizza mais nous comptons revenir vite et le tester. Nous avons même eu droit à un spectacle de lucioles tous les soirs … parfait. Merci pour cette parenthèse de vie si ressourçante Massimo. À bientôt.

Belle situation pour visiter la toscane. Hôte très accueillant. Pleins d’attentions à notre arrivée. Cake aux pommes, bouteille de spumente et de chianti et du vino santo fait maison. Et de la marmelade de pêche. Choyé comme des seigneurs. La piscine privative super. Endroit à recommander

Ruhiges, abgelegenes, mitten im Wald stehendes Ferienhaus. Alles entspricht den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Es waren sehr schöne, entspannte Ferien. Selbst wenn es unten an der Küste 35 Grad hatte, war es am Haus angenehm kühl. Es war eine schöne Zeit. Die Vermieter/Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Weg zum Haus führt über eine Schotterstraße, diese ist an drei Anstiegen etwas schwieriger zu befahren, aber die Anwohner fahren dort auch mit ihren kleinen Standardautos entlang. Nur für die letzten 100 Meter ist ein geländegängiges Fahrzeug zu empfehlen. Man kann das Auto aber auch vor diesem Anstieg stehen lassen, die Gastgeber helfen, dann das Gepäck hochzufahren, mit ihrem Auto. Wer die Natur und den Wald liebt und Entspannung sucht, für den ist diese Unterkunft genau richtig.
