Excellent hospitality from Betty and Giovanni. They gave us very useful advice especially for parking the car in Bellagio and boat trips. This allowed us to optimize our stay! The apartment is as described. Special mention for the lake views which are really superb and the calm. A true haven of peace, much appreciated after days of fairly intense sightseeing! The geographical location is ideal, in the mountains, a few km from Bellagio where it is very easy to take a ferry to tourist sites. We highly recommend this rental to discover Lake Como while enjoying the calm and beauty of nature.

It has a nice homey feeling. A market, cafe, and a great view of the lake are within 1-2 blocks away. It is less than 15 minutes by car from Bellagio.

Enrico is a very welcoming host, responsive despite his health concerns, his family helped to resolve the small issues of accessibility to the accommodation, the rest of the stay went very well and the location is great, feet in the water by the lake, small touches on his part that contributed to making our stay perfectly enjoyable.
