Tranquility, elegance, comfort and proximity to the most exclusive locations of Lake Como: these are the watchwords for an escape from the chaos of the city and a dip in that peace that only such a panorama of unspoiled beauty is able to transmit. Allowing my guests to regenerate themselves by seeing the sun rise among the mountains in the background and reflect themselves in the clear waters of the lake is what drives me to open the doors of this delightful studio overlooking the blue.

The apartment is located in "Villa Maria" one of the most beautiful ancient villas of Como Lake. The Villa is surrounded by a 4 acres park with a 25 metres swimming pool, a tennis court and a bowling court, all freely available to the guests. The apartment is located at the ground floor and it is composed by a living room, a kitchen, two small bedrooms in the mezzanine (one pass through the bathroom), one bathroom. The apartment has a private car park inside the Villa. No A/C and Wi-Fi.
