Ideal house to enjoy a relaxing weekend. Having breakfast in the garden and enjoying a nap among pine trees with the birds singing and the silence has been a joy. Good communication with Daniel and both the check-in and check-out were very positive. Also, I appreciate that he accepted the dog without any problem. Just a small recommendation to improve a little, although it does not influence my rating: it could use a bigger TV for the living room, which is so great in the house. In short, everything is fine, a recommended house.

Unbeatable. The house is very comfortable, spacious, and is very cared for and very well conditioned. We were in bad weather, but the heating and insulation in the house were top notch. Everything was super clean and the beds were really comfortable. In addition, the owner gave us all kinds of instructions and facilities, apart from flexibility in check-in time. Antonio is very friendly, he is aware of everything and recommended routes and places to eat throughout the area, which is also beautiful and very quiet. I highly recommend this place. It is half an hour away from Avila capital, down a good road, and less than 10 minutes away there are routes and the lake of Ciudad Ducal to enjoy nature. In the same village, Navalperal de Pinares, there are several restoration options, but above all I recommend trying La Parra's egg croquettes and potato tortillas. It is mandatory stop. If one day we return to the area we will not hesitate to repeat 🩵

It has been a very comfortable stay, it deserves very much to be able to book said accommodation, kindness, availability, Amalia's attention, the facilities are very good , everything is in perfect condition, everything is perfect, we would stay in it again.

I stayed at the apartment for 2 1/2 months and everything was perfect! The apartment is exactly as it is described. It's equipped with everything you need for a longer stay. When I arrived, everything was quite clean and in a good shape. The flat is in the attic and has sloping ceilings. Tall people have to be careful not to bump their heads - especially in the shower. Although the apartment is very small, every centimeter is used the best way possible which is why there is a lot of storage place. The area is fantastic. Malasaña is a vibrant neighboorhood with a lot of Shops, Restaurants and Bars. It's only a few minutes walking to Gran Vía and the City Center. The next metro stations (Noviciado, Plaza España or Tribunal) are also within walking distance. Finally, Max was a very polite and friendly host. When there was an issue, he answered within a few minute and helped immediately. Thank you!
