As a big group, we arrived in 2 stages and Ken did all he could to accommodate same including early check in for one group. Picked the rest of us up from the airport (late in day) and nothing a hassle. had issue with one of the appliances during the stay (no fault of anyone's) and was fixed efficiently without hassle. House is beautiful, clean and very comfortable. has all the amenities you could ask for. while walking distance from the town, having the bikes available was a huge benefit. with table tennis, pool and the pool, no shortage of things for the kids to do. Group made up of 9 from age 1 to 82 and would all highly recommend and go back again. many thanks to Ken and his team for a wonderful stay.

We spent almost two weeks in this beautiful finca with nine people and two babies. We felt comfortable from the first moment. The amenities are exactly as shown in the photos, great! The surroundings are fantastic and the coasts with many beautiful bays around Portocolom are just a stone's throw away. An ideal home for a relaxing family vacation with barbecue evenings by the great pool, hikes in the area and excursions to the many beautiful places around. Communication with Pere was straightforward and friendly and his entire family took care of our well-being in a touching way. Many thanks for this! This will remain an unforgettable vacation.

The villa is in a fantastic location - very quiet and rural but only a few minutes' drive to the beach and Pollença (and the local supermarkets). You definitely need a car or bikes (there are protected cycle paths along the main roads near the beach) to get the most out of being here. We were three adult couples and a toddler so the layout worked perfectly (a plan would make a really useful addition to the listing). There's an ensuite for bedroom 1 while bedroom 2 has a bathroom right next to it. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are at the other end of the house - with another bathroom. The outdoor spaces offer a lot of flexibility of sun and shade. The kitchen is well-equipped and the pool nice and clean. Water pressure in the showers was good though pressure in the toilets was a bit low sometimes. All in all, an excellent villa which we would highly recommend.

My family had an amazing time at Pacos Villa🤩 Paco and his team were brilliant from start to finish! From helping us sort a chef and taxis prior to visiting- to helping out with questions we had during the stay, there was always someone at hand from the team to come and help! Nothing was too much which made the stay for my family a very enjoyable stay. The villa is just like the pictures and is amazing for large groups! All would definitely stay again😊

Amara is a trusted host, very friendly and very involved. She is always available and gave us very useful information when we arrived. The accommodation is very large, clean and offers very nice services, starting with the outdoor area which has a large swimming pool and plenty of places to relax. The accommodation offers very beautiful spaces with multiple terraces, lounges and a typical and sought-after decoration which gives it all its charm. The Finca is ideally located, 15 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from Palma and close to shops. My friends and I had a totally exotic stay in a beautiful setting. I would fully recommend it, where you will find everything you need.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this amazing home in such a fantastic location. The house has all the amenities you could need and is extremely well equipped. It's perfect for a large family or group, with three separate sleeping areas that offer privacy while still sharing a communal space, ideal if you want your own space within a group setting. Swimming off the rocks at the bottom of the garden was a unique and memorable experience. The house is also very family-friendly, which made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. The locals are incredibly friendly, and Portocolom is such a beautiful place. You really get the sense that this is the real Mallorca, authentic, and full of charm. Lola is an exceptional host, thank you so much for everything! We loved your home so much that we’re already planning our trip for next year.

The house and location are just perfect! The views are incredible and the home was just what we needed for our family! We did have a few issues with the air conditioner, front gate, WiFi and a toilet not working, which took quite a bit of back and forth with the host before we ended up turning to google and YouTube how to fix some of the problems ourselves. Other than these things, the house is amazing, very convenient to get around with a rental car to various beaches and to/from Palma.

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful house – bright, spacious and with a lovely tranquility. The unbeatable views of the surrounding mountains really added an extra dimension to the whole experience. The children enjoyed both inside the house and outside in the garden, and we adults really appreciated the generous areas and the nice atmosphere. We were well received by Petra and her family, who were incredibly warm and welcoming – it set the tone for our entire stay. The kitchen was well appointed and made it easy to cook good dinners at home. One tip is to have a car during the stay, so you can easily explore the beautiful area around. We left with many fond memories and look forward to returning. Highly recommended!

It was a wonderful holiday around Miquel's house! Proactive and very friendly communication. Very well equipped with new electrical appliances, spacious rooms, great equipment even for the little ones in the family (water toys and co.). Terrace by the pool with music system and extra fridge, so also perfect for the adult family members in the evening at sunset. The highlight for the children was the sheep herd from the neighborhood, which were driven past the house twice a day. Gladly again and again!

Blanca is a very friendly host and very responsive to different concerns during our stay (The lock on the front door is quite difficult and the doorbell broke, the little tiles in the pool fall one by one) If I can make a comment about the master bedroom which is beautiful, I would have liked a more neat bed linen and the showerheads in the bathroom is more speed. I regret the lack of privacy in all the bathrooms and toilets in the house as none of them lock. For the rest nothing to say, the house is very well equipped, clean and a special mention for the responsiveness of blanca

The house is nestled in a beautiful area, very well-kept garden with large swimming pool. The fourth, smaller bathroom outside the actual house right by the pool is perfect. All in all, the best conditions to relax. Only the road in front of the house was a little more busy than expected, but this may have been due to the travel time (autumn holidays, the island was of course quite busy) and doesn't always have to be. We would definitely like to come back if the value remains the same.

Our stay was pure magic. The setting, the house, the pool, the adventure of navigating the driveway (LOL - yes it's steep and twisty - but doable) all made for a wonderful and memorable vacation. We dream of returning someday...

Eight friends stayed for a week and we absolutely loved the villa. Literally across the road from the sea for those that wanted to swim and use the paddle board, with the added bonus of our own pool in the back garden. The location is literally a stroll away from bars and restaurants yet still peaceful. The rooftop was brilliant for an evening bbq or sunbathe. We would definitely love to come back. Thank you Joan!

We had an amazing stay. The owner was wonderful and very friendly. The pictures do not to the landscape around the home justice, it is extremely peaceful, calm and Beautiful. The pool is clean and very comfortable during the hot days. We would definitely come back !

We had a wonderful stay at Xisco's Finca. The pool is just superb and the Finca itself was really nice. Xisco was easy to communicate with and greeted us in the beginning to show us around. All in all we had a wonderful time and would definitely come again. Thanks again Xisco.

Relaxing vacation A beautiful vacation home away from the tourist hustle and bustle. The outdoor area is very spacious with the wind-protected terrace, pool, barbecue area and garden. The house offers various seating options in the outdoor area to vary sun and shade as desired. The spacious living and kitchen area is tastefully furnished. The kitchen is more than adequately equipped, so we didn't miss anything. All rooms are lovingly decorated, so you feel right at home. The beds are very comfortable and the view from the large roof terrace is unique. All arrangements with the always friendly landlord were exemplary, fast and reliable. The location of the house offers a good base for exploring the island. A car for excursions and shopping is mandatory. If you are looking for peace, seclusion and the beauty of nature, this is absolutely the right place - 100% recommended.

Pepe‘s Finca was a great holiday home for us! It is super well maintained both inside and outside, lots of beautiful details! As Pepe looks after his animals daily we got to interact with him every now and then and he was very friendly! Communication over phone worked well and we always received speedy responses from Home Villas. The „noise“ around the place didn’t bother us at all, especially as it’s very calm at night, but if you are very sensitive to animal sounds and hearing a nearby street in the background during the day, this mightn’t be your place. We enjoyed hearing and seeing the huge variety of animals and there were no bad smells ever. The only very small downside for us was the varying water pressure, so we made sure to never shower in parallel. Overall an ideal place and starting point for a road cycling holiday.
