Blake’s place was wonderful. The decor, furnishings and vibe of the space were thoughtful, fun, and cozy. The outdoor area was very serene and gave our dogs plenty of space to play and explore. There were so many amenities included. The guide book and recommendations were very appreciated and helpful. The town was cute, walkable, and peaceful. We loved our stay!

Highly recommended space and host! Kurt is hands down an A+ super host! We arrived in Burlington in the evening with having another Airbnb reservation that we found not to be a good fit for us! Frantically searching for other Airbnb accommodations for the night, several hosts had availability but showed no urgency to help us. Kurt literally stopped what he was doing to go and turn lights and heat on for us. He also left water, a couple beers, and creamer in the fridge for our morning coffee, which too was provided. The space is exactly how it was pictured. Clean, uncluttered, and beautiful! Kurt’s place has great location in a charming quiet neighborhood with driveway parking. Comfortable bed and great water pressure in the shower was also great to have! Finding this place last minute was the cherry on top of our amazing Burlington experience….and we will be back! We stayed for a month and it couldn’t have been more perfect! Looked just like the pics (even better actually) and was squeaky clean! June was super responsive and very friendly / knowledgeable about where to go. SO MUCH to do in the area! Her place is walkable to just about everywhere nearby - safe and super quiet. Bed was super comfy and shower was awesome! Kitchen had everything we needed and the washer dryer unit is a powerhouse. The back yard views of the lake are to die for! We brought our bikes and rode the trails all over. Do the causeway if you have bikes (or rent them). June’s guide is chock full of amazing suggestions and she responds quickly with questions. LOVED OUR STAY! Thanks June!!

We loved our stay! The place was extremely clean and bed was very comfortable. We did not cook but full kitchen if you want to with everything you would need. Plenty of towels and huge bathroom. The balcony was relaxing and beautiful view and beachfront. Would definitely love to come back.

What a beautiful apartment just outside of downtown Burlington. We were in town for a family funeral, always mentally draining, and we had flown overnight to arrive in Burlington. I sent Ian a message about two hours before check in to see if we could enter the property early. He was very quick to respond and granted us access. The 30 minute Power Nap helped get all of us ready to go see the rest of our family. We are not very familiar with the area, but enjoyed nice restaurants, a farmers market, a winery and a couple of breweries all within close proximity to the property. If we find ourselves back in the Burlington area, I will absolutely try and reserve this property again.

Thank you, Palmer for an enjoyable stay at your beautiful lake house. We came up for a college tour of UVM and the location was perfect. It took us only 20 minutes to get there and then at the end of our day we came back to relax and unwind at your comfy and spotless home. Every room was beautifully furnished , comfortable and really just felt homey. The kids enjoyed hanging out downstairs watching movies while the adults enjoyed cocktails and talking all while taking in the amazing view of the lake. We had a wonderful time and would certainly return. Only two minor issues, one of which just might have been our own unfamiliarity with the home. The living room gets really warm and even though we turned down the thermostat, it kept creeping up. But it could have even been the fact that it was so sunny one of the days we were there. A minor issue. Outside, the railing to get down from the deck to the yard is a bit wobbly in places and may be due to be replaced soon. Also, no big deal.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was beautiful and everything was perfect for our graduation weekend (minus the weather).

The home is absolutely gorgeous inside and out, with a wonderful view of Lake Champlain from all but one room. There is a surprising amount of space with lots of little nooks for folks who want a bit of privacy from other guests during their stay. The kitchen is well appointed and I was able to find every utensil or dishware/glassware that I would want. the instructions for using the hot tub are easy to follow and it provided a wonderful way to look at over the lake. The outside landscaping is extremely well done and, weather cooperating, provides even more space for the guests. The area is very peaceful and is a great please to unwind and/or read.

Peter’s place was great. House was exactly as advertised, and right on the lake. Plenty of amenities. Short drive (15 minutes) to downtown Burlington. Peter made sure we had everything we needed, and also provided some great info about surrounding areas, i.e. grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Look forward to coming back again!! Dave

One of the best homes I’ve rented in Vermont, the home was beautiful, the property was beautiful as well. Would highly recommend having a vehicle to be able to handle the unexpected weather conditions and would highly recommend staying at this home if you’re looking to snowboard/ski or a simple getaway, the ideal home! The host was super thoughtful and responsive as well. Highly recommend!

Beautiful relaxing space, just as listed. Kylie left thoughtful touches like wine for us and treats for my dogs. She left clear instructions and was very accessible and responsive. We will definitely be back!

Very responsive hosts. Space was as pictured and described. Super convenient for UVM/Burlington activities while being a little away from the traffic and crowds. Comfortable for two adults and one teen child. Good value considering local market. Would stay here again, and can recommend to other future guests.

Beautiful Vermont retreat. We didn’t want to leave! This home is the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort—peaceful, thoughtfully designed, and surrounded by nature in every direction. The open living space was ideal for gathering, the kitchen was incredibly well-stocked (a rarity in many rentals), and the dining area easily handled our group meals. Loved the hot tub for evening soaks under the stars. We will be back!

Marias place was perfect for us. Incredible view, very convenient location and a seamless check in-check-out. Super friendly and easy to communicate with. We would go again for sure.

We came back! Hosted our annual high school friends ski trip again in this great Battleground condo. It's perfect for a MRV ski trip; easily accessible to Sugarbush, Mad River Glen, and town and its restaurants alike. Very comfortable space, beautiful surroundings with the river out back, and the sauna after a ski day is an added, rejuvenating plus. We'll gladly come back again!

What an amazing spot! Fantastic view of the bay, 10-15 min drive to downtown, perfect location. Our unit was very clean, updated, had all listed amenities, and felt very comfortable. Easy to access, and had no issues communicating with our host. Burlington is a super cute town, with good food, cool art, great views of Lake Champlain, and beautiful Mountains nearby for winter sports. We got to visit Stowe Mt., took a ride on the Gondola Skyride, and go snowmobiling at Snowmobile Vermont! Less than an hour drive away from this Colchester unit. Highly recommend this place!

My family stayed here during my daughter's wedding and they found it very comfortable and clean. They loved sitting near the brook and also loved the pool with its great view!

Thank you for the stay! We came for a wedding and it was super convenient/close to the venue. The place looked just like the photos and was super clean, very cozy. Never stayed in a cabin style place before and it elevated our experience in VT. Would recommend and stay again!

Fantastic place to stay just north of Burlington! Colchester was beautiful and this condo is so close to the bike paths and causeway. Beautiful spot!
