Great spot on quiet private road just 18 miles from Burlington. Perfect for visitors to UVM, St. Michaels, and other colleges. 20 minutes to Smuggler's Notch Ski Area. Beautifully remodeled Lake House on Arrowhead Mt Lake. Lake is just a yards from front door and outside deck. Fantastic rock fire pit with natural seating around. House is located on a private road with just 10 houses so it is a very quiet and peaceful setting. List of day trips through Vt provided by host.

Excellent location. Walk to downtown just a few blocks to Church Street Marketplace or a couple blocks to campus. Our home is a two story classic downtown Burlington home. The three bedrooms and full bathroom are on the second floor. The kitchen, dining room and spacious living room encompass the main floor. Welcome to my super cozy house in the Old North End! The house is a 15 minute walk to the top of Church Street and is located near a market, yoga studio, and coffee shop. There is a farmer's market located directly across the street on Tuesday afternoons in the summer months. The house has tons of natural light, a comfy sofa and mattresses, a large TV with access to Netflix and HBO, and lots of books. Both bedrooms have sound machines and fans. Coffee and tea provided!

On our last day we saw a spectacular sunset which was indicative of our whole stay. The star was of course the wonderful setting on the lake. It was enhanced by how tastefully the house was renovated, decorated and fully supplied with everything we needed. It truely exceeded our expectations and made for a memorable experience in the beautiful state of Vermont.

One of the best homes I’ve rented in Vermont, the home was beautiful, the property was beautiful as well. Would highly recommend having a vehicle to be able to handle the unexpected weather conditions and would highly recommend staying at this home if you’re looking to snowboard/ski or a simple getaway, the ideal home! The host was super thoughtful and responsive as well. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how well-maintained and spotless everything was. The house was not only neat and clean but also thoughtfully equipped with every small detail you could think of—from kitchen essentials to a great selection of board games that kept everyone entertained. What really stood out was the host Kaylee’s responsiveness and attention to detail. She was quick to reply to any questions we had and even went the extra mile by arranging for someone to clean the driveway during our stay when it snowed, which we really appreciated. It made us feel well taken care of and added to the overall comfort of the trip. The combination of a beautiful, clean space and a caring, proactive host made our experience truly memorable. We loved our time here and would gladly return in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable gateway!!

The Mountain views at this Airbnb are the best I have ever encountered while staying in an Airbnb. Thus, just the waterfront location and the sunsets are worth the price. Jesse and Jacob have thought of everything. They provided plenty of trash bags, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and other staples. You name it, they have it. The house is very spacious with a great room and a screened in porch. We felt safe in this beautiful location. The place was very clean and the kitchen was amply supplied. There are many restaurants nearby on Route 7 and it is close to Burlington and the airport. I wish I lived here!! Jesse was also extremely responsive and helpful.
