Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Chiavari

Wow, Sabrina’s place is fantastic. We fell in love with Fezzano. Sabrina was amazing couldn’t do enough to help and so lovely with all her recommendations. We had spent over two weeks travelling round Italy, this was the perfect end to our trip. Fezzano is so peaceful and the restaurants couldn’t be closer just fifty steps from the front door. Perfect location to visit Cinque Terre. We hope to visit again.

Great location right in the middle of all the action in a cute small popular town. we loved having the balcony to enjoy the view during the stay. The beach right in front of the house does get crowded during the day and night. We didn't mind it at all and enjoyed it but something to consider if you are traveling in the high season and want more privacy.

Alles wie beschrieben, schön sauber, bequeme Betten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Questa è la terza volta che siamo da Maria Cristina e Elisa. Sempre perfetto! Questa volta eravamo in 5 ma siamo venuti anche in coppia, soli con il cane, etc. è proprio un Oasis di relax, con buone viste e privacy. Vorremo venire al meno una volta al mese! La casa al interno è bella, ha tutti i dettagli per farla diventare una casa propria.

Wir, eine junge Familie mit drei Kindern im Alter von 8-12 Jahren, haben vier sehr schöne Tage bei Matteo verbracht. Die Wohnung war einfach und zugleich perfekt, insbesondere der Außenbereich war fantastisch. Nach einem sonnigen Tag konnte man sich gut im Schatten des Orangenbaumes entspannen. Matteo ist ein sehr zuvorkommender und freundlicher Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Magnifico! Bellissimo! The view from Federico’s terrace far exceeded my hopes. We actually preferred cooking our evening meal and eating in every evening. The interior had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. And the area itself offered plenty of activities. Federico was an extraordinary and responsive host. He went out of his way to help at every opportunity: picked us up and dropped us off, immediately responded when we locked ourselves out, and even brought us lettuce from his garden. The walk up the hill from the village should not be overlooked. As someone who is fit but has respiratory difficulties, it was doable with a couple pauses. And it worked off all the amazing focaccia we carried uphill for those dinners! You won’t regret a stay with Federico.

Giulia's apartment is simply outstanding! It's location at the top of the town in Manarola provides spectacular views of both the sea and vineyards. The apartment has obviously been recently renovated. The kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms are very comfortable with all the modern amenities. The new windows can be fully opened which allowed a lovely breeze into the apartment. I would definitely recommend Giulia's apartment to anyone wishing to explore Cinque Terre. Giulia was great host was was very responsive to the queries I had in advance of arriving. When we return to Cinque Terre we will definitely book this apartment.

Beautiful villa with stunning views! Host responded quickly. Many amenities. Stocked well with staples. Walking distance to train. We love this place!! Highly recommend!

Stefania è un host molto disponibile. Ci ha permesso di fare il check-in in base alle nostre esigenze alle 11 di sera e il check out con tutta calma, permettendoci di sfruttare il parcheggio fino alle 18 inoltrate. La casa era in perfette condizioni con una bellissima vista dalla finestra della camera patronale. Stefania è stato talmente gentile da lasciarci dei biscottini per la colazione, succhi, latte e il caffè. Una host impeccabile!!! Grazie a te Stefania, torneremo presto!

Io e la mia compagna con la nostra bimba (8 mesi) abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura per 3 notti nel weekend. La casa è splendida, ristrutturata da poco con ampio ingresso (dove era comodo lasciare il passeggino che non intralciava) cucina a vista con salotto (divano enorme e cucina moderna), un bagno con doccia e due camere matrimoniali con terzo letto annesso (totale 6 posti letto) e ampi armadi. Abbiamo portato noi una culla pieghevole che abbiamo comodamente posizionato in camera con noi ed il soggiorno è stato come essere a casa nostra, grazie agli ampi spazi e agli elettrodomestici moderni (bollitore, piano induzione, forno, ecc) non abbiamo avuto nessun problema. La zona è vicinissima al centro ma resta comoda e isolata dalla calca il che è un punto positivo. Unico consigli che posso dare è prevedere in cucina un forno microonde per riscaldare più comodamente gli eventuali piatti presi nelle gastronomie del centro. Sicuramente la consiglierei e ci ritornerei!

Maria Vittoria è molto gentile, reattiva e disponibile ; l’appartamento che propone è conforme alla descrizione, delizioso per passare qualche giorno di vacanza per una coppia con un gatto. Pulito e ben equipaggiato, con istruzioni chiare per ogni necessità. La terrazza è uno spettacolo per colazioni e cenette, anche se le scale sono effettivamente tante! A pochi passi da un grande parcheggio gratuito e dalla stazione, è comodo per visitare meraviglie liguri nei dintorni. Insomma sinceramente raccomandato, ci torneremo volentieri!

Incredible. This is the place an Airbnb is supposed to be. It does not feel like a cheap hotel room. It felt like a beautiful home, in peaceful surroundings, that we got to enjoy. The view is better than the pictures.

Prachtige locatie. Groter dan op de foto's. Prachtig ingericht. Zeer vriendelijke host. We waren een studieboek vergeten en dat heeft Elisa opgestuurd. Heel fijn.

Lovely apartment in a great location - perfect for visiting Cinque Terre and Portofino. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Angela was really helpful and booked us a restaurant reservation which we would highly recommend (le gardenie).

Maria Sofia’s 2-bedroom penthouse must have the best view in all of Bogliasco. We wanted to spend all our time looking out at that view day and night! It’s spectacular. The unit is comfortably furnished, with everything you need. If you’re used to boxes of facial tissue or kitchen paper towels, & bottled water, there’s a Basko supermarket nearby. Furnishings are full of character—with vintage cameras, ships in bottles, even a vintage telescope! Plants, baskets, & cushions make the place homey. Lots of lovely restaurants & cafes within 10-15 minutes of walking, & so is the charming town center, with a piazza, church, stone bridge, wall art, green grocers, bakeries, & a gelateria with incredible gelato. My brother & I highly recommend Just Peruzzi, which has the most amazing & delicious Trofie pesto. Liguria is credited with inventing pesto, & at Peruzzi, you can really believe it! This was a wonderful vacation. Book early! This place is booked solid for the next 5 months!

Paola è stata l’host perfetta. È stata disponibile al nostro arrivo in tarda serata, ci ha fatto trovare tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno. La casa è fornitissima, ha tutto ciò che serve. Ha un bellissimo panorama e terrazzo giardino. Sebbene la strada sia stretta, è facilissimo arrivarci. Consigliatissimo soprattutto per chi vuole stare lontano da città o dal caos delle spiagge. Posto in cui sarà bello tornare

Nous avons bcp apprécié notre séjour a Lavagna dans l'appartement d'Alessandro, meublé avec goût, avec du matériel de qualité , spacieux et très confortable. Les gens du quartier où nous résidions étaient très aimables et nous nous sommes sentis tout de suite a l'aise. Il y a un boulanger et un traiteur de pâtes fraîches à qq metres de l'appartement qui sont un vrai plus. Alessandro était de bon conseil, très sympathique et répondait rapidement a toutes nos questions, que ce soit a propos du logement ou des activités dans la région. Nous y retournerons assurément.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Tamara qui correspond exactement à sa description. Parfaitement équipé, finement décoré, il nous a permis de nous sentir "chez nous" instantanément. L'accueil par Tamara est convivial et chaleureux et elle est toujours disponible. Ses petites attentions à notre arrivée (vin, troffies, pesto, focaccia, ...) ont été très appréciées. Nous recommandons vivement et nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick ist Fantastisch. Nicht so dicht an der Küstenstraße, aber auch nicht zu hoch. Hatten die ganze Woche kein Auto benötigt. 2 Euro für den Bus nach Genua, oder Sankt Margarita ist auch lässig. Vermutlich wird das nicht das letzte Mal bei Carlo und Lucia gewesen sein. Simply a wonderful place to stay! The apartment is beautifully situated with stunning views of the bay. It is exactly as it looks in the photos! Luca was an exceptional host - extremely helpful and responsive, there is nothing he could have done better. The property is well appointed and a tranquil refuge on this stunning coastline. I cannot recommend highly enough and will definitely be back!

Giorgio’s apartment was fantastic—light-filled, beautifully set up, and with the most spectacular view. It felt more like a well-loved home than a typical Airbnb, with all the amenities you’d expect from a fully functioning house. Check-in was seamless thanks to Giorgio’s daughter, and we immediately felt at ease. The location is perfect for day trips to Portofino and Cinque Terre, and just a 10-minute drive away is the charming town of Camogli—all in all this home was one of our favourite stops during our three-week trip around Italy. We absolutely loved our stay and only wish we could’ve stayed longer. Hope to return again soon!

The views are spectacular from Vittorias place and we felt right at home. Giuseppina showed us exactly how to get there and was very welcoming. It was a wonderful place to spend time while in Riomaggiore.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Küche war wirklich super ausgestattet und auch sonst war alles für uns perfekt. Ornela war unglaublich nett und auch immer erreichbar. Die gesamte Abwicklung war sehr unkompliziert . Das einzige was uns etwas negativ aufgefallen ist, war der Lärm der Hauptstraße und der angrenzenden Baustelle, wenn man den Tag gemütlich auf der Terrasse verbracht hat. Für uns aber wie gesagt nur ein kleiner Punkt, da wir tagsüber viel unterwegs waren. Wir haben uns in Quinto sehr wohl gefühlt! Alle Menschen waren sehr nett und vor allem auch super hundefreundlich.
