Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Chiavari

The apartment was perfectly located, right in the middle of the old town streets, yet quiet and bright and with a huge roof terrace, where we could enjoy the morning coffee and the evening aperitif. We also greatly appreciated the luxury of the 2 bathrooms. Everything's great!

It was a wonderful home that met our needs. Dario, was very friendly and welcoming and had provided for everything we need. He was also interested during our stay if we had any need. She had made sure there were basic supplies for the house, which you don't often meet. All rooms were spacious with everything necessary. The view from the 9th floor was amazing and we would definitely enjoy the balconies if the weather was more suitable. The description of the house and the photos were exactly as in reality. I definitely don't have anything negative to say.

The appartment was exactly as we expected by the pictures! It was very hot, but there were two aircos to help us with that. Very smooth check in and out, lovely host!!

The place has all the comforts, clean and furnished with care. The location is ideal, being close to the train station and the center of Moneglia. Absolutely appreciate the parking space in the garage.

I only booked one night because I had a work class on the same street as the property. Svetlana was very clear and available right away. The house was very welcoming and clean.

LOVED staying at the waterfront apartment. After having an issue with checking in at the correct time, Paolo was able to accommodate me and come up with a solution that worked for both of us. Finding the building was a little confusing as they are doing construction in the area and the roads are constantly being closed. But eventually we found the entrance and was greeted by Mattia who was extremely friendly and thorough in showing us around the apartment. This apartment building is brand new, 3-6 months old. All of the fixings and furniture was very tasteful and comfortable. It really felt luxurious being in such a light spacious apartment. All of the exterior walls are glass so there is lots of natural light coming in. There are also shades around the porches that can be closed for additional privacy or to block out the sun. We loved being on the water and watching the boats. It was very peaceful. One of my favorite stays so far in Italy.

The house is phenomenal, better than what's shown in the photos: it shows Giorgio's soul. The location is very good, in a very quiet village but with all the services, and very close to towns with more life, and exceptional to visit places such as Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Serravalle,... The access frightens the first time, but right away you get, as it is wide enough and illuminated. Giorgio and his family welcomed us personally even though they left immediately for a trip. The house has absolutely everything: oil, vinegar, spices, coffee (my husband fell in love with his coffee maker), gels, washing machine soap... and all kinds of kitchenware. The pool is small, just as seen in the photos, but ideal for us. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are very spacious, with air conditioning in each of them. We would definitely repeat!

Mara is very friendly, courteous and helpful. She kept checking to see if everything was okay or if we were missing anything. Communication was super fast.

Lovely apartment in Genoa, well equipped with everything you need for your stay. Having a kitchen stocked with a few things like water, basic cooking condiments and tea and coffee makes an Airbnb stay so much more convenient for us so those details don’t go unnoticed!!

Great apartment in a very convenient place, the main train station, the port and the piazza Ferrari all being within 10 mins walk. Lots of places to eat for breakfast, lunch & dinner within 5 mins walk. Although the weather didn’t enable us to use it, the communal terrace is a lovely area, we wish we had been able to use it in the evening. Host was very friendly, meeting us at the apartment when we arrived to explain everything to us & checked in via messages a few times during our stay. There were lots of wee extras in the apartment, eg shampoo, coffee capsules, ear plugs, as well as everything practical that makes the stay more pleasant, e.g., washing machine, iron, writing desk. People have mentioned the noise. Yes it is by a busy road but the shutters block out some of the noise at night and along with the provided ear plugs, it was not a problem for us.

Great apartment for exploring the city. Location close to the harbor and with the transport you were quickly in the center. Great also that there is a locked parking garage (about 200m away). Unfortunately, the WLAN/WIFI did not work. Otherwise everything was as described. At night it was very hot (high summer stop). Sleeping with open windows also means it's noisy, but we've all slept well anyway. ;)

Great stay as a family (6 people from three different generations). Apartment even bigger and nicer than the description on the site and the photos. Extremely well located between the train station from where trains depart to visit all the villages of the Cinque Terre and downtown Levanto which is also worth a visit, both within a 10-minute walk. We would have liked to have enjoyed the 2 beautiful terraces but the weather didn't allow us!

We are a family of five. We had an amazing time at Alice’s place. She was very friendly and excellent at communicating and recommendations. The walks in the nature reserve were particularly great. The location was also great - very secluded yet close enough to the hustle and bustle of the riviera.

The house was great! Beautifully decorated, beautiful garden, large swimming pool and super views. We were with 5 people and very nice that there were two bathrooms. Very pleasant contact with host. Very convenient that there is a train station in Recco. Tips: An extra towel should be good. Couple of good knives for kitchen 6 sun loungers instead of 4.

We enjoyed our stay. Starting with the check-in, the stay went smoothly. The apartment invites you to relax and feel good away from many people. For two people, there is really more than enough space. We found the apartment to be very clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, we were unable to test the pool due to the temperatures. No wish was left unfulfilled for us. Supermarkets are super to reach by car within 10-15 minutes. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to stay away from the city. The sea is usually about 20 minutes' drive away, depending on the location - just perfect.
