Condo vacation rentals in Chiavari

We cannot say enough amazing things about this place! My husband and I had never been to Italy before and we decided to start our journey in the town of Rapallo. We absolutely fell in love with it! Everything you want to do in the town is right underneath the villa. We ate incredible pizza, pasta, and gelato and loved exploring the local market that comes to the water front every Thursday (it was AMAZING!) I got so many gifts there. The home was so comfortable, clean, and has the most amazing 2 deck patio ever(very private as well). We wish we would have stayed longer and miss it every day. Thank you SO much ❤️🙌🏻

Elisa's apartment is just as her photos show. It is roomy, bright, clean and well appointed. All the finishings and the furnishings are high quality. It is well equipped for a long stay. The building is beautiful and the location is perfect, both within Chiavari and for exploring the broader area. Chiavari is a lovely place on its own but it is also a great base. The train, a short walk from the apartment, makes it so easy to visit other towns. And there are even excellent walks beginning right in Chiavari. But Elisa is the best part of the place; she is exactly what a host should be. She is proactive and informative before you arrive. She is warm and friendly once you're there. She gave us so many great suggestions of places to see, things to do, how to get around, where to eat... We really benefited from her knowledge of the area. She genuinely cares that her guests have a great time and she makes suggestions that fit your interests. Highest recommendation!

We really liked the space, everything was impeccable. Ideal location for walking, a few minutes away we are at the beach, a few minutes away we are in the historic center where you can find good restaurants. Supermarkets very close to the accommodation. We spent 3 days without needing to use the car. The accommodation is recommended.

Monica’s place is amazing! It’s a little slice of heaven. The view from the balcony is gorgeous and the home was beautifully decorated. The sunsets from the balcony are stunning! Monica and Andrea were extremely responsive and answered all our questions. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Cinque Terre.

Wow wow! What an excellent stay here in Rapallo. This was me and my fiance's very first time visiting Italy and Mirabela exceeded our expectations in more ways than one. From the beautiful condo which was very accessible, cute and clean, to her proative and helpful communication, she really made us feel at home. The condo is just a short walk away from the town center which made it super easy to get around. She also shared a lot of information about transportation options which was very helpful and made our trip out to Portofino seamless. We will definitely be back! Grazie Mirabela!

We’ve never stayed in a B&B like this before. Pristine clean and absolutely loaded with amenities - everything that we could possibly want. And if there was something that we might have wanted, all we had to do is call and it would be taken care of - the host lives around the corner and is extremely responsive. The location also was perfect, near the promenade by the water, shops and restaurants, but on a quiet street that allowed for peaceful sleeps. What sets this place apart for us is the “way above and beyond” effort to ensure we had a real experience (which is what we wanted). We were asked what our interests were (culture, churches and food) and the recommendations completely fit our interests. Absolutely loved all the places we visited and the foods that we ate. We will miss this place and its culture. It’s truly special and left us with life-long memories.

Great stay, very clean, bright apartment. With air conditioning in the bedroom and living room. Two minutes on foot from the train station. And a few steps from the streets with restaurants etc. Street with a lot of car and ambulance traffic so quite noisy when on the terrace but the apartment is very well insulated so you don't hear any noise when the windows are closed. I would definitely recommend this apartment. And the host is very nice and gives good tips.

Luca's apartment is in a very good location, less than a 10-minute walk from the train station while being in a nice neighborhood near the pedestrian street. Luca is very responsive to messages and accommodating. The apartment is nice. The mattress in the large bedroom is quite firm. The ones in the small bedroom and the sofa are perfect. The living room is small but we were never there during the day. Ideal for enjoying the Cinque Terre!

The place is beautiful, located on the San Hilario hill, an excellent place in Genova And you can also train to drive the Italian way in the narrow streets climbing to the church

Bruno is amazing, we needed a doctor on a Sunday which he arranged, helped with luggage, communicated about transport and helped carry our bags up the stairs when we arrived. The stairs are as described, there are quite a few but it’s worth it to be in Portafino.

What a fantastic place. Paolo met us at the train station to help us with our luggage and guide us to the apartment. Gave us great recommendations on how to spend our 3 days. Honestly I’m not sure I can imagine a better place in Riomaggiore. The flat is on the top floor with a great terrace that is shaded in the evening looking right down on the cove with a beautiful view of the water. We had happy hour up there every night. Everything was clean and modern. Having 2 levels created a lot of space in the apartment. Would stay there again in a heartbeat if coming back to Riomaggiore.

Anna’s place was exactly as listed, gorgeous apartment and great location! She gave very clear instructions on how to get there and get in as well as helping us get a taxi to the train station the next day. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Genoa!

We lovde our stay at this apartment in Lerici. Amazing place with fantastiske view over the city and the bay. A true gem for annonse looking to spent time in Lerici. We will be back!

The accommodation is very clean, the pool is beautiful, be careful to have good legs to go down to town, not many buses and paid parking if you go down by car

We loved our stay in Santa Margherita! Cosimo’s place was clean, spacious and quiet. It’s walkable without big luggage (5 minutes from the station, but up steep stairs!). We stayed with our 6 month baby and walked to the main city centre multiple times. Thank you for your lovely home- we would recommend this place to anyone travelling to the area!

Fabrizio and his wife welcomed us warmly, they were very available and discreet. The brand new apartment with a terrace is impeccably clean, and nothing is missing. The view is very soothing in the wooded and flowery countryside, and the pool is very beautiful and clean. Plus, their wine is very good, We recommend it!!

An unforgettable stay in Genoa! Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The accommodation is even more beautiful than in the photos: tastefully decorated, clean, warm and very well-equipped. Every detail has been carefully crafted. The rooftop with jacuzzi is a real gem, offering a beautiful view and an incomparable moment of relaxation – a real plus that makes the experience unique. The location is ideal for exploring the city, and everything was exactly as described… even beyond our expectations. I highly recommend this BnB for an exceptional stay in Genoa.

This is a place that I would take whoever I come back to the region. It is located in a very quiet yet near to all attractions, restaurants and where you should visit. The house is super clean and is as same as we saw in pictures. Breathtaking view, and all facilities and amenities were available. Carla was one of the best hosts we’ve ever met. She made herself available to meet and guide us through everything we would need, very available with speed of response. This is a no brained to pick when you plan to come to Rapallo, Santa Margherita or to Portofino.

Pierangelo was extremely kind, available and always responsive. The accommodation is peaceful with a stunning view and an amazing pool. We had an incredible time and can’t wait to be back!

Divide & Laura we superb hosts. They responded promptly to all messages and requests. Laura was really friendly, she met us at the property and explained everything. The accommodation is spotlessly clean, whilst its small they have used the space in a really clever way and there is everything you need, The pool looked lovely but we didn’t use it, The views are fantastic and once you have parked your car everything is in walking distance, we loved our stay and will be back.
