We had a lovely stay at Lionel's house. A very beautiful house with a beautiful staircase, all the comforts present. Very quiet location, great for walking. Flexible check-in and very easy to communicate with the host. Recommend!

We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely come back again. The space is perfectly designed and is extremely private. The hot tub was a welcome treat after a long day of sight seeing.

‘Le Barn’, in the grounds of Chateau Belebat, is a charming accommodation which is beautifully and tastefully presented by the engaging hosts Jeff and Oscar. It is a peaceful, rural location, ideal as a base from which to explore this area of the Loire by car. For those on 2 wheels, it is worth mentioning the cycle path close by which connects to the local village with the all important Boulanger just 2km away from Le Barn. The nearby town of Richelieu is worth a visit and there are numerous other attractions in the locality. We picnicked by the river, tasted and bought wine in various Chateaux, explored Saumur, Chinon, Amboise, and several smaller villages, discovered charming restaurants, explored local markets and toured some of beautiful Chateaux gardens. Overall a wonderful spot although the little seating area outside Le Barn is not particularly private or comfortable if one wanted to chill/sleep/read a book in complete peace for an hour or two after a hard day sightseeing.

This stay was a gift for my parents. We had already done this and we had the idea to offer them. Like us , they thought the place was atypical and amazing. A soothing and easy-to-reach place. A clean and well-equipped place. Nearby there is Saumur and the zoo to visit. the area is very friendly. And thank you again to the responsive hosts whose access details are clear

We had a pleasant and comfortable 1 night stay. The accommodation was clean, tidy and tastefully decorated. We had everything we needed. The accommodation is on the ground floor with the owners living in the house above. The house is situated in a beautiful wooded garden which we could share with the owners. We also had use of the terrace with table and chairs underneath the owner's balcony. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

Very nice stay. Rémi helps from the start. Really impeccable accommodation, the sheets smell good, it feels good. Easy parking nearby. A little noise due to the proximity of the main entrance door but the advantage is that the environment remains very quiet. Coffee and tea are available and in sufficient quantities. Great

Accommodation as described, everything was exactly as mentioned in the listing, very good for 4 people, a little tight for 6. I would recommend this place, close to the Futurocope and all other shops.

Great experience, Christophe is very responsive and was able to respond to all our requests (including a forgotten accessory that he was able to leave for us in the apartment 1 hour before our arrival), in addition we were able to benefit from preferential rates at Futuroscope! The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, the bedding is very comfortable, everything is available for a very pleasant short stay! Free parking and Futuroscope/Aquascope accessible in less than 10 minutes by a small secure pedestrian road. Thank you for everything!

excellent location to the town centre and the revitalised Port Boinot area. the apartment was ideal for our week stopover - everything you need. good WiFi connection. allocated parking space . would stay again and strongly recommend.

We had a 3-day stay to enjoy the Futurocope. The accommodation is impeccable, clean and functional for 2 people or a family of 4 maximum. the little extra is the restaurants nearby, free parking and access to the Futurocope park on foot via a secure path. Megane is a host who listens to her guests, is friendly and very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay.
