Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Chatham

My husband, toddler and I had a wonderful stay here. Well presented property - accurate photos, immaculately clean, fully equipped kitchen and very comfortable. The area was quiet and peaceful, with shops within short walking distance. Parking spot was a great help! George was very helpful and quick to respond. Would stay again, whenever in the area!

Great stay, with lovely interior of accomodation and nice garden. Even toys for our son were there as well as all necessary bathing equipment. Beautiful garden and great location to explore the area with train (1 hour train ride to London)

What a lovely little gem this place is. Kathy is a brilliant host, there is everything you need plus a few little extras like tea, coffee, and home made shortbread! Kitchen is well stocked with every item you might need. Everywhere was very clean and tidy and the extensive gardens are beautiful. It's a perfect place to escape the noise of a busy life. We walked to the North Pole pub which took us about 15 minutes, food was ok, just what we needed. If you are looking for an upmarket pub, you will need to got the their direction to The Kings and Queen. There are no local shops to walk to so a 2-5 minute drive in either direction will get you there. Brilliant place, will definitely recommend anyone who's looking for a bit or respite, thankyou again 😊

We had a very enjoyable and hassle- free stay. Everything was as described and there were tea and coffee available. Husband took us to buy groceries as we did not have a car.

Jan's place was.lovely and cosy it better then expected everything was thought off would of been nice to stay longer has it was so peaceful nice little back yard to enjoy a coffee and a book and peace and quite nice outlook in the morning nice seeing the horses

Kingsley is such a kind host, he reached out to me when the apartment became available ahead of check-in time as I requested. He left some water and other thoughtful food we could snack on for us. Although we didn’t have the time to eat them but I thought the idea was great. Oh!! the bed was very soft and comfortable, fan in every room. It's a 5 out of 5! Thank you.

Had a lovely stay from beginning to end. Janet was there to greet us and show us round. The home is spotless and has everything you need. Beautiful little garden area at the front that has the sun in the mornings. Short walk into Gravesend for restaurants. When I come back to Kent to catch up with friends I shall definitely stay again.

A well equipped small apartment with all the space available used to the best advantage. All you could wish for.

had the best getaway with my partner, the place was clean and made us feel like home the second we stepped in, it was wonderful and I would reccomend it to anyone who asks about it, short walk to town center which is then a direct link to the seafront, a refreshing change, definitely coming again

Enjoyed our second visit with Antony and Gonzalo. Had stayed 6 weeks in 2019 and became friends with them then. Made it a point to spend 3 nights with them on this trip and it felt like old home week. Antony is very knowledgeable about architecture and grand British homes so he can offer advice on where you may be able to see historic buildings and interesting houses. We hope to visit with them again on any future trip to England.

Very nice self-contained unit in a quiet neighbourhood, perfect for a stay in the area. Ian & Omni were friendly and helpful.

This was our third time staying at Heidi's place - we love it! And the little touches that Heidi leaves make it even more special - after a long drive, getting in with our dog, to find a bowl of water already out waiting for him makes a huge difference! Highly recommend, and we will definitely be back!

We had a fab few days . The flat is lovely...has everything you need, lovely decor, very comfy sofa and bed. Good places to eat within a few steps and easy to get to the pier and other spots. Bifold doors open onto the balcony which is a great place to sit and watch the world go by. Road is busy but once doors shut the flat is quiet...especially the bedroom. Slept very well on the comfy bed. Would recommend highly.

Second time at Caroline's place. Fantastic apartment with everything you need, very thoughtfully laid out. Caroline is an exceptionally cool and kind person, highly recommended.

This is my 2nd visit to Richard’s property and I still love it as much as I did the first time. Right in the centre of Canterbury, it’s a perfect location for shops, museums, transport etc. The apartment has everything in it you need and is very comfortable. All contact with Richard is fast and friendly. His written instructions are very clear on accessing the apartment too. Fab place, fab City, fab host.

Tom was very helpful from the beginning until the end of our stay. As we met him during check in, he was very nice as well. The place looked really amazing-style, location, space. We really appreacite the free breakfast (cereals, pastries, milk) and the proseco. Bed was comfortable and the place has everything you need during your stay. We felt at home and will surely stay again next time if we ever find ourselves in Canterbury. ⭐️

Great space for larger families with adult kids especially with one bedroom on lower floor and also having three separate bathrooms. View amazing. Relaxing airy feel. Big bedrooms. Will be back again.

We absolutely loved our stay here over a long weekend! The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable, with beautiful views to wake up to. Diana was a wonderful host - warm, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. No request was too big or too small, and she welcomed us like we were part of her family. Stayed here several times now for week long stays and the apartment is always clean, well kept and easy to access. Naith is a great communicator and everything is straight forward and reliable. Highly recommended.
