The place was pristine, beautiful home. right on the beachfront, offstreet parking oppersite the house. Sums it up, couldn't ask for more. The host was also proactive with clear instructions ahead of time and responsive when messaged. would recommend to anyone visiting Southend-on-Sea.

Emily and Daniel were brilliant hosts and very easy to communicate with. Their home is beautiful and it was spotlessly clean too. Their pool area is stunning so if you get the weather it’s a really lovely space to enjoy. I would recommend this to anyone looking to spend time in this area, just be aware that the pool area is shared with their home. We were staying as did the Seven Sisters hike one day (40mins drive away). Thank you again for a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. From the start Roni was so helpful with clear instructions and information. The fresh bread and other tasty foodstuffs we were provided were a welcome treat and made us feel right at home. The cottage itself is very cosy and we enjoyed spending time together in the warmly decorated living room. We all slept very well as the beds are really very comfortable. The views over the countryside were amazing and you could really feel a sense of the history of the place. We loved our stay at Ide Hill. This was the last Airbnb of a four week trip and it was a highlight for sure. We would absolutely recommend staying at this lovely cottage and experiencing the hospitality that Roni provides.

What an exceptional and beautiful residence. Set in a nice peaceful area. The home is stunning and so tastefully done Even provided us with fresh eggs granola bread and milk! Bed was super comfy. Lovely place to stay, loved the bedrooms that were different styles. Close to Whitstable and the use of the private lake was a nice bonus as we do paddled boarding. Perfect 👌

The accommodation has everything you need… Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and separate freezer for those staying for longer. Really nice corner settee in the lounge with flat screen TV and a small dining table with chairs. Comfortable double bed with en-suite. Nice enclosed outside area off the kitchen. Gaynor is a fantastic host and we will be staying again.

Wendy’s home was the perfect location for our time in Tunbridge Wells. The parking was super easy, and the house itself had everything we needed, including for our 18 month old. Wendy was the ideal host, and she went above and beyond in her communications and also in the special treats waiting for us when we arrived. I definitely recommend Wendy’s home!

This is the most beautiful apartment. So clean and fresh and not a single thing I could fault about it. We had a great stay, very comfortable and safe. The parking is easy and an added bonus, the apartment is exactly as the pictures and of very high quality. The welcome supplies were very much appreciated after a long journey. We didn’t eat locally as we were visiting my daughter in nearby Surbiton, but there are many places to eat and drink on the doorstep. We had a wonderful stay. Book with confidence. Benny was really great with communication as I booked very last minute! She also kindly let me check in much earlier and I also checked out a little later due to my own fault of not realising checkout was at 10am! The place is spotless and is well equipped, there were breakfast items left which was thoughtful and generous of Benny. The location is beautiful and peaceful - lots of cute lambs and ponies and even deer! A short drive takes you into forest row where you have a good selection of shops

We had an amazing stay in Balham. Nicholas was a great host who quickly responded to any questions, even the annoying touristy ones, and provided very clear instructions. The home is beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. Spending a week in this home was a delight. It is a quick walk from Balham Station, and there are plenty of wonderful restaurants in town. We were only a 20-30 minute underground train ride from everything we wanted to see and do in London. It is absolutely a great place to stay. You will not be disappointed.

I stayed at The Shed for ten nights. Tina and Jerome were the perfect hosts. From the very beginning I felt at home. A very quiet site three miles from Dymchurch, one is assured a peaceful stay at The Shed with just the odd car or tractor passing by. Tina and Jerome live in the adjoining house, previously known as the Royal Oak. Jerome invited me into their house for an afternoon cup of tea and later, I was invited to join them in their garden for a chat and a glass of wine whilst we watched the sun go down. Moments to treasure. The King size double bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything one needs. I really didn’t want to leave. David.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Lovely and peaceful, beautiful decor and a great base for exploring the local area. The sea view and sunsets were wonderful - we'd highly recommend!

Cosy, spacious, homely and comfortable- we loved Jonathan’s flat. They were kind enough to let us check in early, super friendly, and lovely. The flat has everything you could wish for and more, we loved the extras for the children (plastic plates, cups etc) it made it so easy with young children. It was warm and my daughter said ‘it was the best nights sleep she ever had!’. Thanks - we will be back!

I ended up cancelling, however, the host was most accommodating, responded to my messages within minutes and will be booking to stay at a future date.

Highly recommended and great value. This was a great find. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the London skyline/landmarks and Mark was a great host. We used the buses (10 mins walk to bus stop) and Ubers to get around - both really easy from the apartment. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and clean. There is lots of tech in the apartment which was fun and easy to use. The kitchen is really well equipped and the sofa is very comfortable. very minor note: People who are significantly higher than average height or width may find the rooftop access staircase a challenge. The apartment itself is really spacious.

The BnB was really clean, matched the description perfectly and looked exactly like all the photos! Instructions were very clear and it was just an overall amazing experience! Theresa was a great host, kind and really helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here and feel honoured to have been allowed to be welcomed to a beautiful home away from home!! :)

We had a wonderful time at Nic’s place. Nic was super nice, always response and very clear in her instructions. Pictures don’t do justice to how beautiful it is. It is so tastefully done, paying attention to the smallest details. Be it the condiments at the kitchen, the books collection or the list of board and card games. While we loved reading in the garden when it was sunny, our absolute favourite part was being able to watch as rain trickled down the window and skylight whilst comfortably sat in the sofa. We absolutely loved this place and would definitely come back again.

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

We came for only a night but could have easily stayed longer. Beautiful location and immaculate home. We loved the view over the garden while having our morning coffee. Local pub- Blackboys Inn, is very good. A short drive, which we did due to weather, or a 30 min walk. Highly recommend this property.

We wrapped up an incredible three-week road trip through the UK with a two-night stay at Tom’s charming coach house flat—and it was the perfect finale. This beautifully appointed second-floor, two-bedroom retreat was ideally situated, just a short and scenic walk (less than 0.8 miles) from the heart of the Old City and the Canterbury Cathedral. With restaurants and groceries conveniently located within three blocks, and every imaginable amenity thoughtfully provided within the flat—including on-property parking and breakfast essentials awaiting us—it exceeded all expectations. The comfort, location, and attention to detail made for an unforgettable stay in Canterbury. Now I truly understand why this Airbnb is so “highly rated”! Tom’s hospitality was exceptional—helpful, informative, and always clear in his communication. A truly lovely experience from start to finish.
