La Berthusie is situated at the edge of Cussac a village in the Perigord/ limousine nature reserve. Peaceful and spacious it can easily host a family of 8 and more if needed. The house is surrounded by a vast garden, fruit trees, a chestnut orchard and a lovely pond. The village supermarket is a short walking distance from the house and so are the boulangerie, a cafe- restaurant/ pharmacie and the weekly market square.
