In the heart of the Périgord Limousin Regional Natural Park, 30 minutes from Limoges: at the exit of the village, past the stone bridge, the alley of old trees welcomes you in a bath of greenery. The wooded land on 6 ha is nestled in a meander of the small river, the Gorre. The mill is located along the head race; a bamboo grove softens the northern flank while to the south, the terrace of the cottage overlooks the edge of the woods. The facade mirrors the old dwelling house and the ruined barn.

The cottage is attached to our house, with no neighbors overlooking it, and designed to preserve everyone's peace and quiet. It offers a real bubble of privacy, with its private terraces and garden facing nature.

Come and enjoy the calm of the Limousin countryside in a pleasant little studio house. The accommodation includes a kitchenette, a shower room, a room with a 140-cm (55-inch) bed, and a dining area. The small house is heated with a wood-burning stove. You can relax on the terrace. The property has a large garden. The house is 12 km from the A20 motorway and 30 min from Limoges.

Les Marronniers pool and hot tub 4-5 people

You will stay in our Les Roches cottage, which is our first accommodation on our Les Marronniers estate. This cottage is fully equipped for a holiday with family or friends. You will have access to the pool from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and the hot tub from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. (open at certain times). Hot tub by reservation. You will share the garden and pool with us.
