There are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two singles), bathroom (with bath and shower), and open plan lounge-kitchen downstairs. All mod cons are provided: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, wood-burning stove, TV.

The small house is heated with a wood burning stove. Guests can relax on the terrace. The property has a large garden. The house is 12 km from the A20 highway and 30 minutes from Limoges. For two-wheeled travelers (bicycles, motorcycles) I have a barn to shelter them.

Our cottage is a "little house in the meadow" located in the heart of the Périgord Vert and at the gates of Limousin. This farm was established here in 1810. Historic barn MH. Wooded area of 5000 m2. We have preserved the traditional character of the house, in a setting that is open to nature. Important: pets are accepted after agreement with the future host – Our property is not fenced. Le Moulin Gite

Le Moulin is a self contained gite next to the pretty river Bandiat. It sleeps up to 7 people in 3 bedrooms. Guests enjoy a large private kitchen and living space and an en suite bathroom with every room. A cot may be added. Dogs are welcome for a charge of 10€ per night per dog. Le Moulin gite has a seating/BBQ area outside and access to the 8ha of grounds. There is a large woodburner downstairs and electric heating in the bedrooms.
