Monthly Rentals in Charente

No complaints, the house is clean, spacious, and well renovated. There is everything you need to stay a few nights to a few weeks (equipped kitchen, washing machine, coffee machine, tv, fiber...). The location is ideal if you want to rest in peace while having access to all amenities at 15min. Angouleme and Bordeaux are not far away either. Ludivine and Geoffrey were very welcoming and accommodating during our stay, we were in full purchase of real estate in the area, and coming from the Netherlands it allowed us to breathe a little time to do all the administrative steps required. We had our pug with it and the available space allowed it to enjoy a little of the great outdoors. Self check-in is always convenient especially when you have a lot to do, and it allows you to leave the key in the box when you leave to avoid losing it unnecessarily during the day. Bonus point, Gaia's presence <3

Kath was a super host, and has done a wonderful job renovating the house. The setting is picturesque and an all around great country escape.

We enjoyed the space and its surroundings. As described and photos, it is very well equipped and maintained. Everything comes together for a pleasant stay in the countryside 🌾 Thanks to Stéphanie for her welcome and her little touches, to enhance our breakfasts 😋 We would recommend it in a second!

we were happy with everything in this 2 stock house. The toilet is downstairs which is not that great when you need to go in the night (bedroom is upstairs) but we didn't have a problem with that. All the rooms was very big except the toilet downstairs. All what you need of wineglass or cups was available. All in all would we book it again if needed.
