As well as its own private terrace, there are stone steps for easy access to the river for kayaking and paddle boarding and a 20m long swimming pool and formal gardens. The property is situated in the heart of a picturesque village that has both a Michelin starred restaurant and a local café just a 2 minute walk away.

Hiking trail, bike flow, nearby swimming areas and guinguettes... In summer, our village has everything you need for a paradise! A real cocoon, the wood-burning stove and sauna give the place a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The bedding is new and very comfortable.

Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. The island is also home to a forest garden, making it a true oasis for biodiversity!

Equipped with a high-end 3-seater jacuzzi and a swimming pool (open from June to September), our accommodation will also seduce you with its 2 bedrooms with very good quality bedding and its living room with TV including Netflix. The sofa is convertible, it will offer you an extra bed for 2 people. Our house also has a Wi-Fi connection and a dedicated office space, ideal for teleworking. Close to downtown St Junien and Oradour-sur-Glane.

Located in a small village with shops nearby (bakery, butcher/local artisanal products, supermarket, pharmacy...) and a small market on Sundays.

You'll be immersed in lush green countryside full of charm. A large outdoor saltwater swimming pool will enhance your stay between mid-May and early October (weather permitting!).
