Monthly Rentals in Channel Islands Beach

John and Roe were wonderful hosts.. The pictures don’t do the location justice… You walk out the back door and you are literally on the beach… Sunsets are magnificent and it is very private..very few people on the beach.. It has all the amenities that you need to cook if you so choose, the beds are comfortable and they were nice enough to have bikes for us to use… There is a great neighborhood diner a half a block away that has wonderful breakfast and lunches … Highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning next year ..

Location is great. My husband and I walked everywhere. The bed is extremely comfortable with choice of pillows. TV had all streaming apps. Shower head is the BEST ever!!! Jill was communicative and helpful. This is our second time staying here and we will continue to use Jill’s place when we go deep sea fishing

This was our second time escaping the Midwestern winter for a month of working remotely at Dave's place. Everything was just as we remembered, except for some nice updates to the bathroom and furnishings. We absolutely love the walkability and amenities of the Channel Islands marina. The ability to watch sunrises, sunsets, and birds from the balcony is complete zen. Dave was responsive to questions and proactively communicated when there were changes to the building door codes and utility issues due to local events.
