House vacation rentals in Channel Islands Beach

My recent stay at Mani’s property was a great experience! The host was incredibly responsive, making the check-in process seamless. The house was exactly as described—clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, offering a relaxing atmosphere while still being close to local attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay!

This place was the perfect spot for our group attending a wedding in Malibu. The Airbnb was well provisioned with anything you could need and comfy beds. Everything was super clean!

We had a great time at Agota’s rental. Everything was as described and pictured. Communication was very prompt, which is very appreciated. One thing to point out to future renters: even though it is clearly noted within the description that the pool is heated by solar panels only, it was not clear to us that this means that the pool will not be heated on days when it isn’t sunny (which is obvious, but definitely not something that we thought of and a bit unfortunate). We would def stay here again though and recommend it

me and my girlfriends stayed at Todd's place for my bachelorette party last week. we loved it! we spent a ton of time in the pool and lounging in the gorgeous front lawn. the place felt safe and was the perfect size for our group (8 people). when we had some issues come up with the place, Todd was immediately responsive and made things right,.ensuring that we were totally satisfied with our stay. I would definitely stay here again. thank you Todd!

Julie was a wonderful host. We enjoyed our stay at her gorgeous home in Ojai with its separate yoga space and unique art made by her son! Julie was so welcoming and helpful. It felt like staying in the guest house of a family member. Ojai is peaceful, healing, and has great hiking. We would run back here!

What a perfect place to have my immediate family stay together preparing for one of my children’s wedding. We all had space but were able to be with one another and enjoy this beautiful home. I know have to think about another occasion that will require this house! Thank you for a wonderful visit.

We had a great stay. We wanted time at the beach and had never spent time at Oxnard or Hollywood Beach. The house and beach were a total treat!

Advertised properly! What you see is what you get. Perfect space for a good rest. Good space for your dogs to run around outside in the backyard when the zoomies kick in!

A great place to gather the family both near and far for Christmas. Very easy to get to some great beaches, restaurants, the Malibu Pier and Adamson house, canyon hike.

Had a great stay! The place was clean and spacious. Instructions for check in and out were easy, and Jennifer communicate everything up front and well before my trip which made planning super convenient. Beautiful view is the surrounding mountains and super close drive to town. I would definitely stay here again ☺️

Place was great. I’m from the area and just needed a place to stay for the weekend that had space was close enough to the places I needed to be and convenient. Mali was responsive and friendly. I felt I had privacy and it was quiet. Would recommend and hopefully can stay here again in the future

We had a wonderful weekend. This Airbnb was so nicely finished. Great kitchen that was well stocked. Super comfy beds. Cute neighborhood. Really close to the ferry out to the Channel Islands.

This house worked great as a home base for our day trips to the Channel Islands. The kitchen was well-stocked, the rooms worked well for our kids, and the upstairs primary suite was large and comfortable. We would love to come back!

Lovely place to stay in Malibu, great views of the ocean, nice deck, great kitchen, and Meredith was exceptional in accommodating our requests.

Absolutely lovely stay!! The house was clean and convenient. My favorite was working with Vivian, who was one of the best airbnb hosts I've had the pleasure of communicating with. The beds were comfortable, very clean overall, and we had everything we needed. The house is on the corner of a main road, but parking and noise were no problem at all. 100% would stay here again.

We loved staying at Lauren’s listing! The place was gorgeous, relaxing, and super comfortable. Best sleep i’ve had in forever! We loved taking a dip in the hot tub after our busy day and it was really convenient to have a washer and drier in our unit. Lauren as a host was wonderful, accommodating, and kind. For example, my fiancé was having an allergic reaction to a new face wash he brought on our trip and i forgot to bring Benadryl, after messaging Lauren she rushed down with some and saved the day! When we checked in we saw in the kitchenette that they had left a clear list of check in/out instructions, information about the area, and house rules which was much appreciated. We also arrived to a stocked mini fridge and a delicious bottle of wine! It was very thoughtful. Overall I would recommend this listing to anyone and everyone! The place was great and the hosts were even greater. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Great house for our family. All adult children had their own bedrooms, kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the rooftop patio. Very close to the beach, just 1 minute walk.

Joel was an exceptional host. He communicated proactively and quickly, allowed for an early check-in and went over and above to make us feel comfortable in his home. From the generous pastries and bread, to heating the pool up extra high with the weather, to allowing us to trim some fruit off of the gorgeous citrus trees in his garden - he made his space our space for the short time we were there. The guest rooms feel very private and removed from the rest of the home. While there were shared spaces, Joel gave us a lot of freedom to make ourselves comfortable in his home. The garden is truly tranquil and nearby Ojai is one of the best towns I know. Thank you to Joel for making our stay a great one!!

My husband and I did a five day stay here and it was well worth it. We wanted to stay somewhere serene while still being able to explore Santa Barbara and Ojai. Santa Barbara is only 15 minutes away and Ojai is about 30 minutes. We bounced around between those two towns and also got to see what Carpinteria was all about. Steven's place is 7 minutes to the Carpinteria Bluffs where heaven meets earth. The locals are friendly and high in consciousness, they are one with the environment and take pride in their role in keeping it safe. The home itself is spacious with great views, the kitchen was fully stocked with the all the cooking essentials. Instacart delivers to this location if you need anything last minute. During the stay you will hear different sounds of farm animals in the distance which I found relaxing. The living room is comfortable with tons of lounge furniture and space. The outdoor decks have plenty of seating and is surrounded by wildlife. If you want peace come here!

Great stay. A mile from the beach. Perfect for a big family! The host was very friendly and responsive.

Great place. Cozy, clean, and quiet. Outdoor space is clean and peaceful. It is in a nice neighborhood to go for walks in, I felt safe. Conveniently close to stores, restaurants, etc. You wouldn’t know you were in the city with how quiet it is at this house. I would definitely stay here again if need be in the area.

The place is top notch. It's at the top of a hill and you can clearly see the ocean. Rick was there to greet me and give me a quick tour. The house itself has pretty anything and everything from extra towels to condiments like ketchup and mayo to half a dozen different coffee types. The house is pretty clean and bright as most walls are actually giant windows. Outside there is a hot tub and a large plastic igloo style outside bedroom. Fantastic to spend the night in. One word of caution for out of towners... AT&T coverage in Malibu is abysmal. If that's your provider, put your map directions into your phone before you get there.
