Bernard and Monique's house is a lovely house, very well arranged, well heated, perfectly located close to the sea. The layout is perfect for a family with the possibility for parents to benefit from a separate bedroom and bathroom, and for children to be well settled on the first floor… The hospitality is both warm and respectful of the hosts. It's a great place and we'll be happy to go back.

hello, Chantal's house is described exactly as we discovered it on arrival, the children loved the garden and the games inside the accommodation. the house is pleasant to live in for 4 people, we will not hesitate to come back when we return to Royan. Chantal is very nice and available.

2 nights spent in this nearby beach and amenities. The listing is as described and the host is responsive with clear instructions. The only small downside, the mattress is hard but it depends on everyone's tastes. It doesn't question the excellence of the accommodation at all.

We had a great time at this rental, very well located in Royan: beaches, shops and city center within 15 minutes' walk, so we didn't use our vehicle during our stay.
