The property is just as shown in the photos—beautifully located by the lakeside. It was quite clean overall, though a few areas could use a bit of maintenance. Mr. Aneesh, the property manager, was very helpful and quick to respond to all our needs. It would be even better if the food menu included more local cuisine options.

Every meal was a delightful culinary experience, with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients and beautifully prepared dishes that catered to all tastes. The view from the property is simply breathtaking. Overlooking a large lake, it provided a perfect backdrop for relaxation and unwinding. The place is incredibly calming. The peaceful surroundings, combined with the thoughtful interior design, created an oasis of tranquility. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded all our expectations. Lovely property♥️, perfect for a group of five. The indoor pool in the Naalukett and the interiors deserve special mention. The night sky looked magical. Homely food (only vegetarian) was delicious. We’d go again in a heartbeat.

I'd booked the place for my friends to stay for my engagement function. Everything was amazing and the house was also pretty great! The management took care of all concerns we had and it was an amazing stay.

It was great stay overall. The place was exactly like the pictures. We had a amazing stay. The stay was totally private. There are helpers in the next compound. The view is totally amazing and the pool was cleaned daily. The cleaner helped a lot. if you prefer cooking they have utensils. Limited restaurant choice if you prefer to order food. Perfect for both family and group. We had a great time and recommend everyone to try this place.

We had to book an urgent stay due to a flight delay, and Sathy’s place was an absolute godsend! They went above and beyond to accommodate us, arranging the keys late at night within hours of our booking. The villa was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described, with all the necessary amenities. Though there were unexpected power cuts due to heavy rains, the helper kindly ensured we had water in the morning, which was greatly appreciated. Sathy’s coordination and responsiveness were outstanding—truly a fantastic host! Thank you for making our unplanned stay so smooth and comfortable. We look forward to staying again (hopefully on a better-planned trip next time 😃). Highly recommended!

The place was as seen in the pictures. Check-in was smooth. Jesso was kind enough to pick us up and drop us off in his car. The rooms are spacious. Kitchen had all the necessary cutlery and appliances. The house is located in a peaceful neighbourhood.

Located in an incredible part of town, literally walking distance to everything if you want to explore, yet very clean and private for a relaxing holiday. Lovely apartment with a homely feel, beautifully furnished and detailed for best comfort. Spacious rooms & living areas, comes with everything you need for long stays, especially the well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. Our host Mr. John was quick to respond and helpful with accurate communication. He is very accommodating, kind and friendly. Overall one of the nicest guy I've met. 10/10: Want to stay here again and will recommend highly.

We booked the house for 6 of us and it was really worth it. Joshua was really responsive and always helped us if we had any queries. It is a beautiful house and we could all spend time as a family there as well as go out to explore. The only issue we had was that the WiFi was not working but other than that everything else was really good.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming, traditional Kerala house! Our group of friends found the home beautifully maintained, with three spacious AC bedrooms and large, clean bathrooms that made our stay very comfortable. The fully functional kitchen was a big plus. Although the house is located right on the highway, the large compound provided complete privacy and a peaceful environment. One of our favorite spots was the cozy patio in the backyard, shaded by a huge jackfruit tree — perfect for relaxing in the evenings. For the price, this place is honestly the best deal you could find. A special thanks to our host, Romy, who made sure our experience was absolutely perfect and hassle-free. Less than one hour drive from cochin. A lap pool would be a perfect addition.

The location was also a major plus—just a short distance from Athirampuzha Church and conveniently connected to Ettumanoor and Kottayam, making travel effortless. Additionally, the hosts were flexible with check-in and check-out times, adding to the overall convenience of our stay. Highly recommended! The place has 3 external cameras for additional security.

Place is good. Rooms are spacious 5 bedrooms available. Common areas and car parking areas are good. Kitchen utensils are not so good and ccoking gas not available. Rest all are fine

My family and I stayed at this Airbnb for 3 weeks and we really enjoyed our time there! Joseph was a great host, super friendly and he was always around to take care of our needs. The house itself is very homely and clean, and being on the main road we had ease of access to bakeries and other shops. The only drawback we found were some drainage issues with one of the bathrooms, but besides that, we would really recommend this place! Thank you Joseph

This a stunning Airbnb. Highly recommend and we’d go back in a heartbeat. Even better than the photos, which are great. The home has the authentic heritage feel with thoughtful modern touches. It’s really comfortable and inviting. I loved sitting on the veranda sipping coffee in such peaceful surroundings. The food was thoughtfully prepared and served. The grounds are beautiful. We walked throughout the beautiful plantation. Definitely a 5- star experience in every way.
