We are on hand to help should you need us, and are happy to provide information, help you make reservations or even join you for a glass of wine if you fancy some company!

You’ll love Chez Mondy the perfect place to relax and unwind, with breath-taking views. Conservatory Kitchen. 2 bedrooms, all rooms are independently accessed via the veranda. Suitable for couples, business travellers, families, (families with small children are advised to share family bedroom) Private Pool & Hot tub. The hot tub is open March to October or on request at The Pool opens early June to late September weather dependent. Varaignes has a chateau, Resraurant, boulangerie.

Quiet exotic house Soyaux Angoulême

Carefully decorated and exotic in a quiet, peaceful environment. All the amenities for your comfort as at "home" (fully equipped kitchen, washing machine...). South-facing courtyard, parking, access to the swimming pool on dedicated schedules from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. May to September, flexibility possible on schedules according to demand, last week of August, access all day. 7 min from the center of Angoulême, many events: the comic book festival, FFA, the circuit of the ramparts...

Les Aulnes – Ile de Malvy

Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Numerous activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, foosball, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden which makes it a real oasis for biodiversity!

Beauséjour gîte

The Beauséjour gîte (170 m2) with terrace, is located 7 km from Angoulême, in a peaceful hamlet, close to another gîte. Shared access to the swimming pool (5x10) Description: 1 living room with kitchen of 75 m2, 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 160 x 200, 2 bedrooms each with 2 beds of 120 x 190, 2 bathrooms and 2 powder rooms. Baby crib and changing table available. Beds made on arrival. The cottage is for 6 people including children. From 07/15 to 08/31, weekly rental

Inside: 2 bedrooms, sofa bed, open kitchen, wood-burning stove and air conditioning. A warm cocoon to recharge your batteries with family or friends, to the rhythm of the sun and silence. Access to the greenway 200 m away. Access to Angoulême TGV station in 30 min.

Le Cosy

Le Cosy is located in a farmhouse in Marange, a small village of Hiersac, in the countryside, while being close to Angoulême (- 20 min.) and Cognac (25 min.). But also to: - 1h 05 from La Vallee des Singes - 1h20 of the first beaches on the Atlantic coast - 1 hour and 30 minutes from the Zoo de la Palmyre, Futuroscope or Bordeaux - 1h40 from the Aquarium of La Rochelle or the Poitevin marsh We live there in the terraced house at Le Cosy.

This cottage oozes simple rural French charm with modern conveniences and relaxation: a break away - privacy and tranquillity in the heart of Paradis(e). The beautifully restored gite lies in the heart of the country but is close to the lovely historic village of Verteuil, one of the prettiest in Charente, dominated by a magnificent chateau with restaurants, wine cellar, and a small Sunday market. Quiet studio, shared pool and secure parking

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This pretty studio is located between the St Cybard and Les Planes neighborhoods, ideally located a 5-minute drive from downtown Angouleme and 2.7 km from the train station and close to the RN10. Bus access is a 3-minute walk away. The entrance to the studio is independent via a secure electric sliding gate with a Pass. The studio is located in an annex building to our main house.

In our country house, just 12 minutes from Angoulême, we invite you to stay in the 50 m2 private apartment that we had furnished for our children, recently completely renovated, equipped and carefully decorated. 2 bedrooms, 1 living room/kitchen with sofa bed and 1 shower room/toilet. From June to September, free access to the terrace and heated pool as well as a private outdoor dining/shaded relaxation area. Up to 6 guests.

Country home in the city

Angoulême, 10 minutes from the city center, in a peaceful area, an 18th century house, surrounded by a one-hectare park. The large building is divided into two: the home of the owners David and Corinne, and a gîte. The 180 m2 gîte is on the ground floor and 1st floor. You have access to the garden, the pool (shared with the owners), you have enough to make a barbecue, with furniture to eat outside.
