Grande salle d'eau également à ce niveau. À l'étage, chambre plein sud et fenêtre pittoresque sur le jardin (lit de 140 x 190). Accès à la piscine commune de l'Atelier Bourlion. A deux pas de la piste cyclable Flow vélo.

Situated on the banks of the Charente, the appartment forms a wing of an ancient priory, set in it's own walled seven hectare park. With it's own private terrace overlooking the river and a twenty metre swimming pool, the park also contains formal gardens, rose walk and stone steps down to the river. Located in the heart of a picturesque village, surrounded by vineyards, the house is a short walk to a Michelin starred restaurant and local bar. The Cognac Golf course is a 3 minute drive.

Le gîte Beauséjour (170 m2) avec terrasse, se situe à 7 kms d'Angoulême, dans un hameau paisible, à proximité d'un autre gîte. Accès à la piscine (5x10) à partager Descriptif : 1 pièce à vivre avec cuisine de 75 m2, 1 chambre avec 1 lit de 160x200, 2 chambres avec chacune 2 lits de 120x190, 2 SDB et 2 WC. Lit parapluie et table à langer disponibles. Lits faits à l'arrivée. le gite est pour 6 personnes enfants compris. Du 15/07 au 31/08 location à la semaine

The little Gîte is a beautiful open plan space for two people. A double bedroom sits on the mezzanine level. The gîte sits adjacent to our home ‘Le Petit Tournesol’ and is surrounded by gardens and countryside. In the day please enjoy the pool area (May-September) and the gardens to relax and unwind. Reservations for age 18+ only. We are unable to host children and infants.
