Lovely location in a peaceful neighborhood. Our unique 6 sided house with wrap around deck feels like a private country cabin, with fishing, hiking, biking, x-country skiing out the door. Shopping, dining, galleries, golf and hot springs within 3 to 8 minutes drive. Downhill skiing half hour away. Dogs allowed with permission (extra fee).

Lovely stay at Lynn’s property When we arrived at night the propane fireplaces were already turned on for us which made it extra cozy and felt like a warm welcome! The location is gorgeous, felt private and safe. The casita is thoughtfully laid out and equipped. Besides the stunning views, the original stone walls and flooring of the bathroom were a highlight. Lynn answered right away when we reached out and was very helpful with providing great recommendations. Would be happy to come back!

Location of the home was great. Beautiful views from the living and master bedroom but also very close to amenities and restaurants. Home was nice and clean with a kitchen well equipped for cooking and with a few basic spices and condiments. Bedrooms were really nice, and a bathroom in each one was a bonus. Most of the living space is upstairs so as long as you are good with that I'd highly recommend this as a superb, pet friendly, rental home.

What a delightful stay! We loved the cabin: clean and cozy, with comfortable beds up a short flight of stairs. A well-equipped kitchen with all the basics required for cooking if you choose to stay in. The location can’t be beat, and our host was responsive and friendly. Highly recommended!

This was the perfect overnight stay, coupled with a day in Taos and day of soaking at Ojo Caliente! Much less expensive than staying on site at Ojo, but only five miles up the road, so super-convenient. Tucked away, quiet, very spacious... I will definitely plan on staying here again!

Our family stayed at Beth’s place during Spring Break. Very peaceful overlooking the river. It was immaculate clean, had plenty of linens, towels, fully stocked kitchen with many cooking essentials and many other amenities including a ping pong table for the kids on the 1st floor. We will be coming back for sure!

BEAUTIFUL place in the New Mexican desert! You are surrounded by mountains and there isn't a single place in this property that doesn't have a gorgeous view, day or night. We loved sending the kids off their own little villa and my mother was right at home in La Biblioteca! Lynn left personal touches and amazing notes on nearby attractions, stores and restaurants. You're close enough to Los Alamos or Espaniola but far enough away that you can see the stars at night! the The neighbor's dog was FANTASTIC and probably one of my favorite things! Very friendly and difficult to leave behind. I would absolutely recommend staying at Toscaya, in any of the villas, but we will always book all three with our big family!

We greatly appreciated your home for our Spring Break vacation. It was very homey and welcoming. Supplies were readily accessible for all of our needs. Loved the fireplace and the view out the living room windows. Wish we could have stayed longer. One thing my kids had hoped for was a hot tub but not a huge drawback. The drive to Wolf Creek ski mountain took about 45 minutes one way. Which gave us time to enjoy our breakfast and coffee on the drive up. Thanks for opening up your home!
