Wonderful hosts! Super friendly and responsive. Very accommodating and on top of everything. The location was beautiful, especially the trail to the river. The cabin was perfect for my stay and very cozy. I would definitely recommend!

The place was perfect for us. It was conveniently located tight next to where a family member worked at a white water rafting place. Close to a few places to walk to. As well as stunning views from the front yard. We will definitely stay here again.

Thank you for a great stay! Appreciate the communication and recommendations provided for local stores, restaurants, etc. This was a beautiful home and perfect for a family or multi-family getaway. We went for skiing in Monarch and also checked out the hot springs (less than 5min away). Our family had a great stay -everything was clean, comfortable and I would highly recommend this property!!!!

AMAZING VIEWS! The sunrises and sunsets were just amazing at Stephanie's place in Salida.... I've stayed at many "one-person" AirBNB setups, this was as good as it gets! Just a really nice little place, but enough space to set up my computer, have my little kitchen nook, and then the porch outside is INCREDIBLE, huge amount of space, was able to do yoga out there and enjoy the great views and mountain air! It's also walkable to anywhere... I enjoyed walking down to the "duck pond" (Sands) by the Arkansas river, another beautiful place to be anytime of day, but particularly at sunrise/sunset, and while Salida is small, there are some great shops downtown to explore! All in all highly recommend and hope to stay again... Stephanie is a very responsive host, and actually replaced the coffee table on the deck while I was there with a newer version, which was a great sign as to how she keeps the place up to date! 10 stars out of 5!
