Rubén was very welcoming and helpful during our two stays at his home in April and May. He is very attentive, very friendly and concerned about our comfort. We felt at home. Just like the photos, I just have to say that the sheets were stained, but like an old stain that doesn't go away, the rest was all impeccable and we couldn't turn on the sauna. The truth is, it was very good, I would come back

We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

Very happy with my long-term (3 week stay) here. Neighborhood was near the subway, coffee shops, parks, restaurants (including an empanada place I’ll forever miss), and more. WiFi worked great for Zoom calls. Nice balcony. Karina was a very responsive host. I would return.

I had a great stay. The apartment is as shown in the photos: very nice, comfortable, clean and well-equipped. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay, including a full kitchen and air conditioning. Federico was very friendly and helpful at all times, he made me feel very comfortable. My stay at this Airbnb in Palermo was simply perfect. The apartment truly offers the best view of the city – absolutely breathtaking! Every morning I woke up to the sunrise lighting up Palermo, and at night, the city sparkled right before my eyes. The balcony is the ideal spot to relax with a glass of wine and soak in the unique scenery. Beyond the spectacular view, the apartment is super comfortable, spotless, and tastefully decorated. The location is excellent, close to great restaurants, cafés, and tourist attractions. The host was extremely attentive and always available with helpful tips and local recommendations. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing experience in Palermo. I can’t wait to come back!
