It's worth the climb up 4 flights of marble stairs to reach this bright and airy hideaway. Spend an evening on a checkerboard terrace with a BBQ at one end and a romantic hot tub at the other. Choose a book to read later or head straight for the comfy 2x2m bed. 2 minutes walking distance to the metro line connecting to the center of the city. Recoleta and Palermo are walking distance away. There's no elevator to reach the loft. The use of the Jacuzzi in winter is not recommended. It does not have its own heater although it can be filled with hot water, cools down very quickly during winter.

It is a very bright modern loft with a large 3-meter-high double-glazed airtight window with black-out and only 5 blocks from the metro (subway). The loft is new, the place is quiet and has the necessary amenities to be able to rest quietly. The area is in the geographical center of Buenos Aires, which makes it attractive when it comes to visiting different points. A few blocks away is Palermo Soho (Plaza Cortázar), an important tourist area. It's ideal for young people.

The room is very big with a King size bed. The neighborhood is very quiet, two blocks from all restaurants, design shops, and coffee shops of Palermo Soho, you can go walking without problems. A very safe area :) The apartment is very quiet, comfortable and very nice!!!! Welcome :)

The Loft has all the necessary facilities for pleasant stays. It has a large window on the street and is very bright. Security is optimal since it is located in a very quiet street of family homes with very little traffic. The apartment is located 200 meters from the Dorrego station of Subte B (Metro) and just 300 meters from the Movistar Arena Stadium. WARNING: Pass a high-rise train very close to the house.
