It's worth the climb up 4 flights of marble stairs to reach this bright and airy hideaway. Spend an evening on a checkerboard terrace. Choose a book to read later or head straight for the comfy 2x2m bed. 2 min walking distance to the metro line connecting to the center of the city. There's no elevator to reach the loft. The jacuzzi is unavailable from Apr through Oct. It does not have its own heater although it can be filled with hot water, cools down very quickly during winter.

In a very quiet area but a few meters from parks, bars, restaurants, museums, etc!

Excellent Loft/studio in Palermo Soho. With a nice Patio & Barbecue and Work Space! Two bathrooms (one upstairs and the other one, downstairs), kitchen. The bedroom is upstairs. The room is very big with a King size bed. The neighborhood is very quiet, two blocks from all restaurants, design shops, and coffee shops of Palermo Soho, you can go walking without problems. It is an old house with many apartments and have a beautiful garden along the courtyard. The loft is recently refurbished to new, it’s place has the necessary amenities to be able to rest quietly. The neighborhood is in the center of Buenos Aires, which makes it attractive to visit different points. There are many Supermarkets and restaurants. A few blocks away is Palermo (Plaza Serrano) and many kinds of transport (Subway, busses and taxy drivers)

The Loft has all the necessary facilities for pleasant stays. It has a large window on the street and is very bright. Security is optimal since it is located in a very quiet street of family homes with very little traffic. The apartment is located 200 meters from the Dorrego station of Subte B (Metro) and just 300 meters from the Movistar Arena Stadium. WARNING: Pass a high-rise train very close to the house.
