Victoria's place is perfect. In addition to what is already described in the listing, it is worth mentioning that there are universal standard outlet mirrors throughout the house, the heater comes out of the floor - no cold feet - and the kitchen is very well equipped. There was even a bathrobe for us to wear! Loved it, I'll be back for sure

Mariana's apartment is in the classic Buenos Aires style, remodeled. Ideal for those who want to live in an area full of bars and restaurants, and still have privacy and peace and quiet. Highly recommended Mariana is a great host!

A dream stay in Buenos Aires! I stayed alone in this apartment and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The place was spotless: super clean, neat and with all the details well cared for. It gives a feeling of tranquility and well-being that is greatly appreciated when traveling alone. Patricia left a complimentary sparkling wine and water, which was a nice touch. What surprised me (and delighted me!) was being able to use the building's pool and spa. A real unexpected luxury! The location is also ideal, very safe and close to everything. I felt comfortable the whole time. I would definitely come back and recommend it especially if you are looking for a quiet, modern place with first-class amenities. Thank you for a perfect stay!

Fantastic Stay! For me, this is one of the best Airbnbs in Buenos Aires! The neighborhood is a real neighborhood, not a touristy area with too many fancy stores, but it is also safe and very close to many popular neighborhoods, like Palermo. It has all the conveniences , plus the feel of a real "barrio". The apartment itself is light, airy, and spacious. The pictures do not do it justice. The view is exceptional, as 16 floors is very high for BsAs. And to sit in the Japanese soaking tub at night is the cherry on top. It is completely private, but you can see the whole city. This is a rare find, since you will usually only find shared jacuzzis in buildings in BsAs. Unlike many Airbnbs, Timothi's home is someone's actual home, not a sterile space. This means you will find personal touches. He left a computer station, all sorts of cooking supplies like oil, sugar, spices, etc. He left lots of bottled water, and a bottle of wine. Really lovely guy, gracious host, and great communicator!

Dario is extremely kind! The apartment is very nice, with everything we need for our stay! We need to get there early and he moved up our check-in. The apartment is close to all of Palermo and the subway, so we were able to do everything on foot and by public transportation.

The apartment is clean and well-organized. The location is excellent for access to Palermo, Colegiales, and Chacarita. There is a bit of noise from the street and construction nearby, but nothing unusual for the neighborhood.

Highly recommended! Mario's apartment is beautiful. It has all the amenities you need, and more! There is a playpen with a mattress and a high chair, we thought it was spectacular. We didn't use it, but I'm pregnant and we loved that they were so thoughtful. The garage is very useful. Very nice gym and indoor pool. The building in general is excellent. The host is always available. We'll be back! Thank you for everything.

Rubén was very welcoming and helpful during our two stays at his home in April and May. He is very attentive, very friendly and concerned about our comfort. We felt at home. We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

We were a group of 9 friends staying for a weekend. The house is super comfortable for large groups, in addition to being very well located and having everything you need, we didn't have to bring anything. Lucia communicated with us from the first moment and received us to check in, and we even arranged a late check-out without problems, she was always very kind. We would definitely come back.

From the moment we made the reservation, my girlfriend and I felt very welcome. Our experience at Amilcar's apartment was excellent. The place was spotless: clean, tidy, comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. You can see the care and dedication in every detail. Both Amilcar and Beatriz, who is also part of the team, were exceptional hosts. Amilcar was always attentive, cordial and very clear in communication. Beatriz greeted us with great kindness and was always available, with great willingness to help us with whatever we needed. We would definitely choose this place again. Highly recommended!

Impeccable stay, very clean, airy, spacious and air-conditioned apartment. Special emphasis on the rooms, with a beautiful bed and great quality bed linen, as well as blackout curtains, difficult to find in BA, together with the extreme silence of the place, favors perfect nights of sleep. The bathroom also deserves positive attention, spacious, clean and beautiful, without those old bathtubs and plastic curtains. Anyway, great location, close to several restaurants, bakeries and shops in Palermo, for those who like to walk, it is worth walking through the neighborhood until you reach Palermo Park. A spectacular stay. This is the second time I have stayed and I would always come back. The location is excellent, with a beautiful view. The apartment is as described, very clean and tidy, with all the amenities. Communication with the hosts was very good and friendly. I recommend it 100%.

Very good accommodation, it was clean and beautiful. The host was very friendly and answered all our questions instantly. It is a quiet neighborhood and at the same time close to several interesting points of the city. Consider that there are 4 floors without an elevator, so it makes it difficult to move luggage. I recommend buying toilet paper as the one offered was not of good quality. Yes, it had all the other implements for a perfect stay.
