Libertador 2 blocks away. It has a VERY nice terrace with a grill to make a good Argentine barbecue. The neighborhood is very good. There are many places to go to eat and drink! The area is one of the best in Buenos Aires, you are between Palermo and Recoleta. The TV is with Chromecast.
