Very comfortable and relaxing independent apartment.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. With all the private amenities such as kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, washer and dryer, private entrance, already installed, you can arrive at any time, visits are accepted, it is small but very comfortable and clean, 15 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes to the US border crossings, 5 minutes from shopping malls, such as Macroplaza, Monarca, Museo del Trompo, Parque Morelos and restaurant area. Family atmosphere, I don't rent as a motel☺️.

Excellent apartment in the third stage of the Tijuana River, with access to the pool, jacuzzi and gym. The location is near the expressway, allowing you to reach Plaza Peninsula and Tijuana's main industrial areas in minutes. Walking distance to many restaurants, movie theaters, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. For reference, you can walk to Clínica 1, Macroplaza, Plaza Chino, and Calle del Hambre. Also very close to the American consulate.

Enjoyed my stay this place looks just like the pictures. Clean and had everything you need. I would avoid copying and pasting the instructions on to apple maps for some reason it was taking me somewhere completely different. Jorge was very attentive always responded to my messages quick and professional. We did have a little bit of a problem on our last night the neighbor had parked and blocked off the garage/driveway and we had to find the owner of the car blocking us since we were going to have to leave early morning. Everything was resolved but definitely something to watch out for. I will be staying here again in the future.

Check-in was smooth, the building is secure, and there are nice coffee shops and restaurants on the ground floor right outside the entrance. The building feels safe and modern, with amazing views and great amenities like a rooftop pool and 7th-floor gym. Check-in was easy and everything worked perfectly. The location is the real star: Tercera Etapa del Río: You’re surrounded by modern communities and luxury developments, art-forward mini-malls, and trendy cafés and restaurants—Awiwi’s Boba, La Postal Sushi, Berry Nice Café, Pizza&Love, House of Ribs, and more—all within walking distance along Paseo del Río. The LDS Temple anchors the skyline, and the neighborhood feels modern, safe, and full of energy. Perfect for cross-border travelers or anyone wanting a fresh, urban TJ experience. Would definitely stay again!

Great Place to Stay if you’re looking for something local to DT Tijuana or the Border area for Medical needs. Space was beautiful but didn’t look like the images so that changed our stay a bit based on what we were expecting. The building amenities were great totally worth it. The parking space was perfect, thank you for that. My mind was at peace knowing my Tesla was safe during my stay. Cleaners came at 11am on the Dot so be sure to be checked out on time. Would definitely stay again.
