The house is located at an altitude of 625 meters on the southwestern slope of Černá hora, 450 meters from the center of Černý Důl and 750 meters from the ski resort. There is a grocery store, restaurants, bike and ski rentals, public transport and ski buses to Janské Lázně and Pec pod Sněžkou. Somewhere in the meadow, between the Karkonosze Mountains and the Janowice Rudawy Mountains, there is a house. Meadows rustle and birds chirp around. With a cup of coffee, you greet the day on a spacious terrace, suspended over the grass like a raft on the sea. When it rains, you sit by the window overlooking the "Śnieżka" mountain. On winter evenings, you light a fire in the fireplace, and in summer you sit by the fire in the company of fireflies and crickets. Boredom? Perhaps. But beware, this boredom makes you not want to leave us!

The building is secluded by the forest and is part of a farm with sheep and horses. A wonderful place, from which there is an amazing view of the region on one side and the Krkonoše ridges on the other. In winter, a well-maintained cross-country trail leads to the village of Strážné, 50m from the house, where it connects to the Krkonoše highway. There is a ski area in the village for undemanding skiers. In the summer season, an ideal place for relaxation, walks, trips on foot and by bike.

This modern house, built in 2015, is a part of semi-detached house and is located 10 min walk from the parking lot near the cable car lift to Snezka. Skibus stop is located 100 metres from the house. There are two bedrooms with a double bed, bunk bed and en-suite bathroom in each of them. The house has a living room with a TV and fireplace, equiped kitchen and a dining table. There is also a garage and infrasauna. The house is great for family vacations. No parties please.
