The last approx. 200 m the driveway may be in poor condition, muddy/frozen/snowy, but carefully passable depends on the current weather.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, and a travel cot for a small child is also available. Located in a quiet area within walking distance of the ski resort, grocery stores, and a pastry shop. Opposite the house, there is a bobsled track, and in the summer, there is a children’s area with lots of attractions. Parking is available right by the building in the yard, under the CCTV system.

Newly renovated spacious and bright apartment close to ski buses to Janske Spa and Pec pod Snezkou (you can ski). Smaller resorts (Duncan, Mladé Buky) can also be reached on foot. One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. It is situated in the neighbourhood with some other built houses in similar style within walking distance to the centre. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 05/2026.
