The house is located at an altitude of 625 meters on the southwestern slope of Černá hora, 450 meters from the center of Černý Důl and 750 meters from the ski resort. The house is adjacent to a fenced garden with seating, swings for children, a barbecue, a smokehouse and an outdoor fireplace. The house is in a quiet part of the slope above the village. There is a grocery store, restaurants, bike and ski rentals, public transport and ski buses to Janské Lázně and Pec pod Sněžkou. In front of the house there is a dedicated parking lot for two vehicles of guests.

Apiary Bee hive

An apiary full of honey and bees, where you can see the work of our bees and their entire cycle in the glass hives right from the bed. The bee hive is located in Podkrkonoší, near the village of Zdobín near a pine forest full of rocks, blueberries and a nearby pond. You can't drive to the apiary to blend in with nature. It's completely off-grid. The bees are in our Bee Theater from about April to October, depending on the weather. Then we move them under the bed for hibernation. Dream Cottages - Blue - with private Jacuzzi

In the heart of the Rudawy Landscape Park, near the Colorful Lakes, there are "dream houses" - created with passion and love - designed and built by ourselves. The cottages surrounded by nature were planned in accordance with the Tiny House idea - a small but very functional space - conducive to closeness. Each cottage has a panoramic window overlooking the mountains instead of a TV, and outside there are 2 terraces and a jacuzzi - from where you can admire the landscapes, sunsets and stars.

The base is 3, fully equipped houses with an area of 50m2 + closed mezzanines. The ground floor of each home is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter patio, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. The apartment has its own separate entrance from the other side of the house. It's pleasantly cool in the summer, and we've prepared floor heating for you this winter, so you won't be cold inside. Parking is in front of the house behind the gate on private land. For up to 2 Persons, no more kid!
