Javier was a fabulous host from start to finish . We were caught up in the electricity and communications blackout and Javier turned up with candles and torches to help us out. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. The lift was also handy for a heavy suitcase . The apartment is in a perfect position to reach the sights on foot. Do take up Javier’s recommendations, we had a sublime meal at El Barril and a few others. Thanks Javier.

Vintage Chic Apartment at La Latina - large period

Absolutely perfect and cozy apartment. Super charming decorations, extremely clean, and had everything we needed inside (including coffee, sugar/salt/pepper, olive oil, etc). La Latina is a great neighborhood with tons of tavernas and restaurants, plus easily walkable to other great neighborhoods. Definitely up 3 flights of stairs, which we didn't find to be a problem. Note that neighbors smoke at the windows in the stairwells - we bought incense cones to cover the smell and left them in a kitchen drawer. Recommend you notify the host of your arrival time since they need to meet you to hand off the keys.

This was truly one of the most, if not the most, beautifully done Airbnbs we have ever stayed in. The pictures truly don’t do it justice - it’s just stunning. The location is perfect and walkable to all sites around the city, and for being so centrally located, it’s on a very quiet street with both a market and a bakery a 1 minute walk away. Carlos greeted us for check in and explained everything in the flat, as well as having recommendations for things to do around the city. If this place is available - just book it. You won’t regret it!

We had a fantastic family reunion in this big and beautiful apartment in the heart of amazing Madrid. There were 6 of us, and the space was perfect—very comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The location couldn’t be better, just steps from Gran Vía and close to everything we wanted to explore. The apartment has 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living room, and a well-equipped kitchen—very convenient and ideal for a group. It had everything we needed and even more, making our stay incredibly easy and comfortable. A huge thank you to Liliana for her warm hospitality and responsiveness—she made everything smooth and welcoming. It was a truly relaxing and heart-warming experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Madrid!

FABULOUS! no wonder the property is in the top 5%. Miguel and Adrian created the best Madrid stay experience. Their apartment is functional, tastefully designed and curated. It’s the little details that create the perfect experience. Wonderful beds, super functional kitchen and bathrooms, fluffy towels, fresh fruit bowls, breakfast supplies, wine, juice, water, milk and Sangria! Our stay was truly wonderful! It’s only a few steps to Plaza Mayor and Mercado de San Miguel.

My family and I really enjoyed staying here and the location was perfect as we needed to be downtown for an event. The apartment was very spacious and bright, it had everything we needed and more. The host was always attentive and responded quickly. I did not hire cleaning service and although expensive, it was very efficient. The apartment is on the second floor and there is no elevator. There is a nightclub below the building, so you will hear all the noise from the people who go in, go out and smoke in the street. It is noisy, so bring earplugs to be able to sleep... things to keep in mind. However, it is wonderful to see the opera house and the square in front full of life from your balcony... a very, very central place and right in front is the entrance to the subway

We arrived the day Madrid lost power. It took some time to reach Maria because of national power outage. When we did we were met almost immediately. What a warm welcome and a perfect apartment!! Thank you for everything, even ordering taxi. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a quiet oasis to n the heart of Madrid. Thank you to Jesus for everything too!!

This place is beautiful! Just like the photos and so comfortable. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. This apartment is right above a very popular street for tapas so it can get a little loud late at night but we all easily slept through and we would absolutely stay here again.

Great spot! Beautiful area, close walk to many great restaurants and coffee shops! Beautiful cobble stone area and the window opened up to the outside for a beautiful view! Great layout and plenty of space for a single person traveling or a couple. Bring some coffee Nespresso pods so you can enjoy the coffee machine. Really enjoyed my stay, wish I could have stayed longer and relaxed in the space. Great communication with host.

We had a fantastic stay in Clara's flat with our children. In a noisy city it was very quiet but just a minute's walk from the big city. Memory foam beds (two good doubles and a good twin), two shower/loos, a comfy sitting area, plenty of room to sit down and eat for four/six, elevator, coffee machine with coffee, cosy decor, in all very comfortable, quiet and convenient. Clara was also very helpful and flexible, communicating clearly and quickly on a well-known messaging app, helping out with our timing needs, and making the stay stress free. I strongly recommend Clara and her apartment. Thank you.

Fabulous location, right above a terrific bakery, down the block from a charming square, near lots of great restaurants. Walkable to everywhere and lots of transit. Apartment has everything you need and Mia is very responsive.
