Private room in a house shared with the host. A villa in the Retiro neighborhood. Large terrace. I live with Loles my cat. If you are allergic to cats or don't like them, this is not your place. 200x140 cm bed. We share the bathroom. You can use the whole house, living room, kitchen, terrace, washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher. Very bright house, in the photos the living room looks bigger than in reality. 20 minutes from downtown by bus and metro, 35 minutes walk - Retiro Park 5 minutes walk.

Hi! If you are looking for a room close to the center, this is it! Nice neighbourhood, 10m by walk to Madrid Río. Full green zones. The house is spacious, it has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Yours has two beds and the bathroom is just in front and only for you as I have my own too. (I would come in just for the washing machine 🤭). The best part? Our cutie yard/terrace. Quiet and coquette spot in Madrid

This is a terraced house with two floors. At the ground floor there is a small garden, sitting and dining room, a small toilette and the kitchen. At the first floor you will find two rooms and the bathroom. This is a quiet area without noises neither traffic where you can have a nice rest. I see myself as an open minded person and I like to interact with any kind of human being, I don't care about people backgrounds, as long as they are respectful and good people.

This room is located in a unique house. You will enjoy the tranquility of the neighborhood and the proximity of the metro that will link you to the active life of the capital of Spain. The common spaces are spectacular! has a double bed and a single bed It's my home, but traveling a lot, I put it at your disposal. It may or may not be present. In both cases there is a lot of space and you will have a great time without a doubt!
