The Vista Pro Frota house is better than the description. It's beautiful and everything was very clean. There is plenty of room. Kitchen equipped with everything we needed. The TV is in the barbecue area and it is possible to have music in the environment. Even with a lot of rain during Christmas, we were comfortable inside the house. The house was also decorated with Christmas ornaments including the supper table. We loved it!!! We will definitely be back.

The house is beautiful. Everything tidy and clean. Katia is very polite and responds quickly. The photos show three bedrooms inside the house, but there is another bedroom with a double bed in the annex, which is great. It's good to bring food to prepare, as it's a little far from everything. If you forget something, there's a mini market in the condominium. At the reception, they are well educated too. To get there, the road is good and quiet. It's a place to relax and enjoy. I loved everything. I recommend it, for sure.

The house was extremely clean, from the linens to the household items. The kitchen is very well equipped. They leave everything, even the loofah and detergent for us to wash everything and maintain cleanliness. We didn't want for anything. We were received by Mrs. Dete, a woman who promptly attended to us and explained everything clearly. The pool is very warm, so you can use it even when the weather is cool. The house is very cozy... it makes you want to live there. The space is well divided, the bathrooms supply the guests.. the leisure area is very cool.. it has tables and chairs, umbrella, hammock.. the Rooms have good beds and pillows. The bed linen was very clean and the towels they left were also in great condition and clean. There's TV in the house but we didn't turn it on.. The house is in a very quiet place. You can rest a lot. The garage fits about 3 cars.. It's a place we'll return to!!! Very well maintained! Super We recommend it to everyone!

Neto is an excellent host, always available, answered us always with agility, provided a gastronomic/tour guide to enjoy each day. The apartment is exactly as described and advertised in the photos, very clean and cozy, the building is quite organized and easy to access to the main points of the city.

Everything is okay

The apartment is great, exactly as described. The location is excellent and the space met our needs very well, especially the outdoor area, where we could leave our dog. Finally, host Fernanda is super attentive and helpful. I highly recommend it.

We felt totally comfortable in Caique's apartment! It is cozy and well appointed. We were able to park our car right outside the door and always felt safe. The location is also great: The supermarket "Extra" is within walking distance, which was very convenient. A special highlight was the roof veranda – we were allowed to celebrate our daughter Emma's birthday there with a small barbecue, which was just perfect! We are very satisfied and will definitely stay here again on our next stay in São Paulo. Caique was very accessible at all times and answered all our questions quickly and amiably. He even gave us great tips for the birthday party – for example, where we could celebrate and where to get good meat for grilling. Thank you, Caique!

Excellent place and wonderful host Manu! An ideal place to rest and get to know SP, I went for work too and the location was ideal... the apartment is very comfortable, clean and cozy. It's exactly how the pictures show… or maybe better! Manu for his part was always very attentive to my arrival, stay and departure… if I have the opportunity to return promptly to SP… I will not hesitate to return to this nice place! The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, it has good features and a very beautiful decor! The location was great with several nearby bars, restaurants and shops.

Gilad was a great host—offering helpful local recommendations and checking in to make sure everything was perfect. I would absolutely return here on my next visit to São Paulo. Highly recommended!

Personnel can trust, images are exactly the same as the environment! The building is perfect since the service, the general cleaning is everything inside! Vanessa's service is fast. The apartment itself is extremely smell and clean. And I loved street safety. it's the night and I felt safe!

Excellent apartment, in a great condominium for those with children. Spacious accommodations, the apartment had everything I needed, comfortable and clean. The condominium with swimming pool, court, playground and a shopping mall just below that offered convenience options, bakery, Smart Fit gym and fast food restaurants. Close to the subway and easy to get around the region. I recommend it!

I spent 10 days feeling at home, I needed time and tranquility to work. Closed balcony with glass, it has a very nice landscape at night for green forest, in front of the building. Flat location, easy walk to the beach, functional building and everything very simple and easy to access. Ricardo was always attentive and proactive, and even managed to get an extra parking space for the weekend, as a courtesy. Flexible check-in and check-out, I definitely recommend it. Rodrigo super attentive and friendly, clean, organized and has everything you need, in question of the great condominium tbm to have leisure and walk, the beach is close and you can go on quiet walk or you car that has a parking space, everything is great and I come back more often.

Amazing. The view is splendid. The apto is too beautiful and super comfortable. The whole area of the apartment we were able to enjoy, swimming pool, space for children... Best place we ever stayed. The Super Gentle Host. We really want to stay two more days, but it's already booked. hahaha Let's go back and recommend it for sure.

Very well equipped apartment, with everything you need for stay (airfryer,toaster,sandwich maker,blender,kettle,microwave,coffee maker, washing machine and many other items) You really don't have to worry about a thing ; you have there at the apt. Estadia was excellent, good location, clean decoration, great showers, new pillows, very good condominium structure. Great balcony with barbecue, air conditioning in all rooms We were very pleased with the days we spent in the apt! Sandro served us promptly and warmly whenever we need to speak.

Sandra's apartment is amazing and I would recommend it without a second thought. It is complete and close to everything, we had everything we needed, extremely cozy. When we arrived the apartment was not clean, as the host had a problem with the cleaning lady, but took the blame and called another cleaning lady to clean the apartment. Arthur was cordial and resolved the disorder. Apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, the beds we use were good and the photos and description match the reality. Very good location for those who want to enjoy the beach and the condominium tbm has a very nice structure. We'll be back! I recommend it!
