Rodrigo super attentive and friendly, clean, organized and has everything you need, in question of the great condominium tbm to have leisure and walk, the beach is close and you can go on quiet walk or you car that has a parking space, everything is great and I come back more often.

Amazing. The view is splendid. The apto is too beautiful and super comfortable. The whole area of the apartment we were able to enjoy, swimming pool, space for children... Best place we ever stayed. The Super Gentle Host. We really want to stay two more days, but it's already booked. hahaha Let's go back and recommend it for sure.

Excellent accommodation, very beautiful, clean and has everything you need for a very comfortable and cozy stay. Everything was very clean and organized in the apartment. The Condominium is also wonderful. All the time we see employees cleaning the common areas and taking care of the gardens and swimming pools. At night, everything is well lit up. Spirits singing nearby are an additional touch to the venue. Maria Carla and Rodolfo are very helpful and friendly, from the moment of the reservation until the departure of the apartment, passing all the necessary information for a quiet stay. Estadia super tranquil, apt new, clean and well located (on top of the Ibis hotel), Sandra friendly, promptly answered some questions. I would stay again.

When we arrived the apartment was not clean, as the host had a problem with the cleaning lady, but took the blame and called another cleaning lady to clean the apartment. Arthur was cordial and resolved the disorder. Apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, the beds we use were good and the photos and description match the reality. Very good location for those who want to enjoy the beach and the condominium tbm has a very nice structure. We'll be back! I recommend it!

Clean location, easy check-in, apartment matches the description, to get to Paulista you need to climb a small hill, about 15 minutes. There were 3 people and they settled in super well. Quiet air-conditioning.

Christina's apartment has a great location, the photos are very faithful to the apartment, it is very cozy and complete, the concierge staff are polite and kind we feel very comfortable, we stayed 5 days and we enjoyed a lot the praía was great. I will definitely stay at Christina's apartment again.

I spent 10 days feeling at home, I needed time and tranquility to work. Closed balcony with glass, it has a very nice landscape at night for green forest, in front of the building. Flat location, easy walk to the beach, functional building and everything very simple and easy to access. Ricardo was always attentive and proactive, and even managed to get an extra parking space for the weekend, as a courtesy. Flexible check-in and check-out, I definitely recommend it. Great accommodation and very well located. The hosts were very helpful and provided all the necessary information.

We spent great days!!! The closest path to the beach is by street, about 3 blocks or so. We just miss having a cart to take the extra chairs and cooler to the beach. We used the extra umbrella too, because only the beach service one is small, we had 3 children. The cart was missing, but we managed. The apartment was clean! Quiet building, helpful staff. We spend a lot.

Éder's apartment is cozy and has a good location, close to a bakery, pharmacy and restaurants, air-conditioning and showers working well, the condominium's distinguishing feature is the river, warm water until 10:00 p.m., Éder was a great host.

Excellent apartment, in a great condominium for those with children. Spacious accommodations, the apartment had everything I needed, comfortable and clean. The condominium with swimming pool, court, playground and a shopping mall just below that offered convenience options, bakery, Smart Fit gym and fast food restaurants. Close to the subway and easy to get around the region. I recommend it!

We love the stay. Super attentive Antonio, I responded whenever I needed it. The place is literally just across the avenue and it's already beach.. pity we only stayed 2 nights kkk nor did we want to leave kk. The only problem is that there are no screens on the windows and balcony. For those with a small child it must be difficult kkk mine is already 7 years old, so it's quieter.. Otherwise, I highly recommend it! ❤️
