In the region there is a fair on Thursdays, markets, pharmacies and hospitals such as Beneficência Portuguesa, Hospital Paulistano and Oswaldo Cruz. We offer a family atmosphere. All rooms are single and equipped with a bed, wardrobe, minibar, fan, electric sandwich maker. The blender and microwave are shared. Hope to see you soon!

Remembering that we charge a deposit of R$30.00 (in cash) refundable on the return of the towel, keys and bedding.
