The town is very beautiful and comfortable, the neighborhood has an infrastructure of giving envy in neighborhoods of São Paulo, asphalt to the door, safe and quiet. and Everything was very clean and well described, Patrícia and her husband are very friendly and polite, they welcomed me very well even being 11 pm during check-in. I'll definitely come back more often.

The apartment is great and very well located, between the stations of São Paulo/Consolação and oscar freire of the subway. My husband and I stayed for a week and everything was perfect. Communication with Rafael was very good and the check-in and check-out were super peaceful. The region has several bars, restaurants and bakeries. We really like it and recommend the stay!

And it doesn't stop there: as a true pet lover, she received our four-legged children, Monet and Vincent, with great affection. 🐾💛 The apartment is a real retreat: super cozy, air-conditioned, several fans and excellent wifi. The location is a dream – on a quiet, wooded street, just one block from Pitangueiras Beach! Everything you need is nearby: markets, pharmacies, restaurants and general commerce. Ana and her daughter Vitória were amazing hosts! We were a family of 7 and there was plenty of room for more people. Their home is beautiful and very well kept. They are very kind people and we can’t wait to come stay at their property again!

Real estate in great place, we don't miss anything. Close to everything, bakery, restaurants, snack bars…The apartment was extremely clean. Kitchen with various accessories (although we used only cutlery and dishes), because of the location we do not feel the need to cook. Very polite porter. Only leaving an alert for the other tenants, the region is full of beggars, which does not take away the beauty of the beach, but some bother a little. Besides, we want to go back again and again.

Neusa's apartment is the same as the photos. The view of the beach from the room is addictive... all the rooms have a view of the sea, even taking a bath to see the beach. The location is excellent, close to everything and next to the Carrefour market, which is open 24 hours. Concierge staff are very polite and helpful. The apartment is very well equipped and I found the adapted bathroom superbacana. I went with my husband and my one-year-old son and we enjoyed it a lot. I intend to come back more often. Gratitude for your stay Neusa!!! A big hug.
