Cozy lakeside house located in a beautiful reserve in formation, within Fazenda Esperança on the banks of the Highway in Eleutério, district of Itapira/SP. The Casinha contains two complete suites with a queen-size bed and a retractable single bed, a kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, air fryer, coffee maker and kitchen utensils. Living room with Wi-Fi and smart TV. The house is surrounded by a wooden deck and contains the gourmet area with wood-burning barbecue area.

Our Chalet is fully integrated into nature. It has large glass frames and the free look for Cerrado and mountains providing a spectacular view. Full kitchen, top-notch bedding and bath, great heated shower, walk-in closet and bed with 5-star hotel mattress. There is a balcony with a deck along the entire length of the chalet ,with table and chairs outside so that guests can contemplate the nature and starry sky of Chapada - having a wine, of course. =)

Santa Maria II Farmhouse in Serra da Mantiqueira

Our charming site is the ideal place to breathe fresh air, encounter nature and drink pure spring water from the site itself. It is located in the countryside, 18 km from the center of Monte Verde. We have two houses on the property, 150 meters apart, providing privacy to any of the guests Near the site, there are restaurants with home-cooked food, a pizzeria, and a market. The house has a Smart TV but is not connected to any cable TV operator.
