Pictures will never do this place justice. This place was so beautiful and clean!! Hosts were so easy to communicate with and very responsive. Great location we walked all over the neighborhood with no issues. As with any new location keep aware of your surroundings.

It is very worthwhile, literally a find, Hosti super accessible and willing to help, the only point I believe was the concierge when I arrived, the two men who were there were not so receptive, but when they changed the girls were wonderful

We went as 7 people, stayed a week and spent very pleasant days, even with the cold and some rainy days we enjoyed the stay a lot, it has a very good indoor space, a very comfortable large TV room and a great kitchen and barbecue. For those who go with pets, it's also really nice because the house is all fenced in, mine loved being able to run around the lawn outside. Host Rodrigo is also very attentive and responds super fast.

We love the house, a haven in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were very well attended by Paulo and well attended by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super helpful and attentive. The house is cozy and you can feel the care in every detail. We had a wonderful time with friends and family, playing the piano and singing together, cooking and chatting while we prepared dinner... and the house, this unique environment, the way each space is presented, was certainly very important for this to happen in such a special way. A beautiful house that embraces :) Thank you, we'll be back whenever possible!

The place is amazing! The house is literally on the sea, next to a beautiful and calm beach. A hidden paradise, indeed! The house is charming, all decorated with a naval theme, and contains all the practicalities advertised. The recommendation of light backpacks and/or handbags, due to the stairs to the beach/house, should be taken seriously - but little by little you can take more things -. Filippe responded quickly and was super helpful! I recommend it to everyone!

I'm in love with this place. The house is beautiful, super well-equipped and clean. Much more beautiful in person than in the photos, incredible as it may seem! But the star of this show was definitely the view. You have no idea of the absurdly beautiful view from this wooden deck. What grandeur! What peace! It was a privilege to be here. I don't even leave and I want to go back.

The stay was impeccable! The space is really 5 stars, with a wonderful view that exceeded my expectations. The house was super clean and the shower is amazing — the kind you don't want to leave. Carlos was an exceptional, attentive and kind host from start to finish. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

The stay was perfect, the house is wonderful and super cozy, well-equipped and airy. The beach is also very good, the kids loved it. Wadner and Neise are very kind and attentive, the check-in done by Manuel was super smooth and he was very receptive. Overall we loved it and will definitely be back, the pool that keeps the temperature very pleasant is great and the external and internal integration of the house is a highlight. Apartment as in the photos, very good, met our needs for 5 adults and two children. Marcos is very attentive.

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with a great view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5-minute walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.

The accommodation is the same as the pictures, this beautiful apartment is located in the downtown area, close to many tourist areas, and it also has transportation nearby. It's very nice and pleasant, the apartment is very good. Highly recommended.
