Monthly Rentals in Central-West Region

The stay surprised me a lot, the location with the wonderful view, the cozy house, the perfect bathroom with external light... the experience really marked us and made our celebration moment a special memory... we were very eager to return.

Staying at Fernanda's was great. The apartment is perfect for 1 person, even if you have lots of stuff with you like I did. Fernanda was always very responsive and made sure to solve all the small problems I had very quickly. She made the experience so much better because of how friendly she is. There's a supermarket, gym and restaurants nearby, a big avenue with buses that go everywhere and if you prefer to the an Uber, it takes you quickly to the most central/relevant places. The apartment has everything you need for a long stay in terms of appliances and furniture so it's very handy. I'd highly recommend staying at this apartment if you're visiting São Paulo. The only negative point I found in the apartment is that it's too hot in there (but they're trying to get permission to put the AC so it should be better soon!).

Beautiful environment, quiet, great for the trail. Very cool place and shaded by the trees. With birds and other local animals, which makes the place cozy. Just be aware of where to walk by the spiders. There are no muriçoca on site and almost no mosquito. There are plenty of butterflies and bees. The atmosphere is well decorated, perfect for the couple. Host is very friendly and friendly! We'll definitely be back

The house is simply wonderful, equipped with all the utensils necessary to make the stay a true refuge. The view? A show on the side! No matter where we looked, everything was fascinating. We spent hours just admiring the landscape, talking and absorbing every moment of this unique experience. In addition to the beauty of the place, the hostess was extremely attentive from beginning to end, always available and full of great suggestions on what to do in the region. But let's be honest: who will want to get out of this paradise? Without a doubt, an amazing experience that I recommend to everyone!
