Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Central Illinois

What an absolute gem of a stay. The property is impeccably maintained and so beautiful. The guests house that we stayed in was so comfortable and very clean. The bed is quite possibly the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. The pool and the hot tub are perfect. The doggo’s are super sweet and lovable. Danielle and the rest of the team are all very smart and a pleasure to talk with. We will definitely be referring the place to our friends and will be back ourselves every year as long as it’s available.

This house was fantastic! The backyard was a huge hit with my family – perfect for hanging out and enjoying the outdoors. Inside, there were tons of games, which kept everyone entertained. Plus, the location was super convenient, with an awesome brewery and plenty of stores just down the road. Highly recommend for a fun and relaxing getaway! Andy and Marie were super helpful and responsive. They even worked with me on flexibility with check out as much as they could. I will definitely consider staying at one of their properties again if I’m ever in the area.

We had a relaxing time staying at this wonderful place for two nights. The house has plenty of space, was well-stocked and was quite peaceful. We particularly enjoyed having coffee and breakfast on the back deck, where it seems you’re the only people in the world. The basketball court, swings and lovely sitting area by the pond were also a huge bonus in this space. There were multiple MASSIVE catfish and cute little fishies to feed and watch, which made it that much more special. Thanks for a great wonderful getaway!

Great location, clean, wonderful host, and best stocked airbnb kitchen I’ve ever seen! We booked last minute-my baby, toddler, and mom were with me. It was perfect. We made a very convenient breakfast from the well stocked healthy kitchen! . I will definitely try to stay here next time I’m staying in Springfield!

2nd year staying here for my birthday with all my friends and it’s so much fun every time. So much to do while having your own privacy and plans with comfortable rules to abide by. It’s like a new home with a bunch of cool games and amenities, definitely recommend! Great host, leaves you to it and is responsive. Best birthdays ever here.

Absolutely loved this house! The house was clean neat and tidy. Located in a beautiful neighborhood. I could have lived on the patio! Definitely a great find being our first time in the Peoria area. If we ever find ourselves back in town this will be our place to stay 😊

My husband and I were just looking for a staycation spot not far from home when we came across “Wilson’s Place” I was absolutely shocked, the pictures do no justice. The place is stunning, clean and very private! I look forward to staying again soon! The kitchen and bathroom are amazing. The design of this apartment is like no other. Truly a one of a kind experience!

I really enjoyed waking up to the quiet of the farm. The chickens were beautiful and the farm itself very lovely. The space was ample for two people and a dog. Glad there was shampoo/conditioner provided and good, clean towels. The bathroom is spacious, the water good and hot. I would have liked a sharp knife and perhaps a cutting board in the kitchen but I managed. There is a television, wifi and a book shelf, so entertainment was easy. I was very happy with the space. Shannon and Rick were very friendly and personable. All and all, I highly recommend this home for an easy, relaxing, country visit.

It was such a cute cabin right on the Mississippi! The view is beautiful! And it’s nice bc you can watch the kids playing on the beach area right from the windows! Also, there were extra blankets and pillows and the fridge was nice and cold. We would definitely stay here again. Don’t pass this one up! She does describe it as more of a glamping type place which she’s right but it was still better than glamping in my opinion. Thank you so much!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your beautiful little cabin! Everything was immaculate, charming, and comfortable! The kitchen and bathroom were very well stocked. The area around the home was so pretty and peaceful. And, the candlelight to come home to in the evening was a special touch! Highly recommend this home! Brittany was a very gracious host!!

The cabin was very nice and in a quiet place - exactly as described. The host was very helpful with questions and responded quickly. I'd recommend the place to anyone interested in this area.

This is a lovely location for a vacation. It is a bit distant from the city, but we had a great time there. It has a large lot and provides excellent privacy. There are three levels, including the basement, and we can be out from each level easily. Robyn is very attentive and accommodating. We needed a large pan because we intended to cook spaghetti. We asked Robyn, and she brought a few, but they were still small. To our surprise, she went to the nearest town to buy a brand new one. One of the TVs was not connecting, and she offered to bring a new TV. She is truly kind. Additionally, she arranged free wood and fuel for the firepit in the backyard. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a lot of fun with the kids. we would be fine with staying there again.

We had a fabulous time on Paradise Lake. Went to get away for a few days of fishing and were able to catch all sorts of fish right from the dock. It was the perfect cozy spot for a relaxing retreat from the city. Would definitely love to come back sometime!

Our stay at the Grafton Getaway was perfect! It was the perfect place for a peaceful girls trip get away. Brandon reached out before our stay to tell me about the different events in town and was extremely responsive when I had questions.
