Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Center Point

Our swim team stayed here for the U.S. Masters Spring Championships. We had a 10 minute drive to the pool and supermarket. We cooked at “home”. All very convenient for us.

We enjoyed our stay in this quiet, family friendly neighborhood. It was close to so many options for activities and food. It was spacious and comfortable.

It was a good spot. Definitely will hit again if I ever go over there.

Alex’s place was perfect for our family vacation. Close to six flags and restaurants. The house felt homey, comfortable and inviting. The kitchen was perfect for making breakfast. My mom loved it and all the sports memorabilia. The price was great and I think we definitely got what we paid for. Definitely recommend if your destination is six flags or sea world. 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath, perfect for 5. We will be back.

The House is in a super quiet neighborhood and close to everything. It’s perfect for that girl’s weekend you’ve been meaning to schedule. It feels like home

We needed a place to stay for a few weeks while we transitioned from Oklahoma to Texas and needed a place that would accept our 3 dogs - this was perfect! It had a huge, fenced in backyard, lots of trees, and a gated patio. There was also a gas grill that worked perfect! Kitchen was well stocked with dishes & appliances. There were lots of toiletries & cleaning supplies available for use. Washer & dryer were large & worked well. Each room has a remote control fan along with a large screen tv. WiFi was great, no hiccups & was fast enough we were able to stream shows/movies. Overall, neighborhood is quiet, friendly & peaceful with sidewalks for walking & hills that make for a great workout. I would definitely recommend this place!

The place was great. The Medina River was beautiful and a blast. The wife and kids while i fished. We will be going back!

Great home with lots of space. Easy and quick access to everywhere you need to get to in the area.

Gracie place is comfy, cozy, peaceful spot to visit Texas Hill country and specifically Kerrville. Lots to do there and the towns around. She's very attentive to guests. We really enjoy staying here. Sitting out back over the river is so nice.

This place was just as described and very clean. It’s only 4 walkable blocks from the famous Hill Country Mile in Boerne with numerous places to eat and shop. Had a great time!

Jennifer and Marty were great hosts. The two airbnbs they own are downstairs in their home but you have a private entrance separate from the main part of the house.They were very accommodating and had snacks waiting for us when we arrived. They had some plumbing issues but were able to accommodate us with the other room they had available. Everything was clean and comfortable. The house was in a nice neighborhood and close to town. We will definitely stay again if ever back in Kerrville!

We can’t say enough about how amazing The Compartment is! We had a wonderful stay! Mindy met us as we arrived and showed us everything we needed to know. We loved everything — such a lovely quaint and quiet place. Lots of thoughtful extras inside…pancake fixins, snacks, toothpaste, lotions, etc. Loved everything! The bed was very comfortable. And I especially loved the separate sitting area room for some personal quiet time. It was very clean and spacious inside. Just the perfect airbnb! We hope to come back and stay again sometime!!

I truly enjoyed my one-night stay at Mike's place. It was the first time for me travelling (alone) through the Hill Country, there was some bad weather with tornado watch on that night I stayed and I am sure I did the right choice of staying at Mike's, I felt very safe. The apartment is a bit dark (daylight doesn't enter properly), so I would say this is the only drawback for people who would like to stay several days. Otherwise, everything was perfect. The bed is super comfy, and the shower was the best I had from all the places I stayed in during my road trip. The location is so peaceful, I didn't get to see the deers unfortunately, maybe next time !

Quaint, very clean with a beautiful view.

Had a wonderful stay! Hugo’s place was the best location we’ve ever stayed in Fredericksburg, it’s right in the middle of everything it felt like. Check in was incredibly easy, Hugo was proactive with telling me we could use an additional space nearby as it was not occupied which was so thoughtful! The home was incredibly clean and spacious enough to spend time in. It was nice to see and hear the animals close to the property because it felt like we were so much further away from all the noise than we actually were. It was very cozy and relaxing. House was stocked with essentials, and a few treats were left for us that my husband ate and loved lol I also appreciated and easy check out was- sometimes hosts can have an overwhelming/complex amount of chores to do but Hugo made it simple and easy. Definitely would come back to Hugo’s place when we visit again hopefully soon!

Everything was perfect! The bed was so comfortable, Perfect after a long day at Seaworld! The balcony view in the mornings was a great way to start the day. The location was great too, Six flags is literally in the backyard too.

Best place to stay when in Bandera. Right in the heart of downtown Bandera. Right across the Cowboy Bar. Beautiful place that makes you feel at home.

Great summer vacation spot! Our family enjoyed the view and relaxing time in the pool and hot tub. Also played Frisbee golf and had other options. Would love to come back in the near future!

My family enjoyed this Hilltop resirt. so mu h to do amd beautiful surrounding countryside. The resort does have private river access but it's wasn't a place we got in the river. Lots of wildlife in the area. With the resort on top of a hill it does take 20-30 minutes to get to a from town so be prepared before arriving. There is an area for stargazing that was absolutely beautiful. The amenities are endless the pool was sparkling clean, hot tub was hot! closes at 10PM and there are resort rules like no alcohol or smoking no floatation devices or balls. That did not stop us from enjoying our stay. So many deer in the front yard and all around the resort. just beautiful and peaceful. 10/10 from us.

Beautiful resort. Super nice condo with a modern kitchen and comfortable living and bedroom furniture. Great view from the 3rd floor balcony. Very helpful host. The most beautiful sunrise view. Got to use the golf driving range which was a plus. For sure will be back. Also got to use the pool.

We had a great time! The unit was very clean, and staff at the resort were very kind and helpful. The only bit of confusion that we had was that we weren’t renting a specific unit. This is a timeshare, so you are assigned a unit at check-in. The pictures are stock pictures. Overall, we had a wonderful time and were very happy with the accommodations!
